work around the symptom of issue #1741https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/issues/1741
This is only a workaround and needs to be handled by the one doing the
next pot-update somehow. Maybe something needs to be changed in the
scons recipe if this was used for the last pot-update?

this change is part of the minus replacement from Espreon and does
make it rather final for all the po files

5 strings that were forgotten in the new MP lobby (some player info
stuff), textdomain: wesnoth

remove update directive for copyright update from pofix.py (if a
translator sends in a version with wrong date, he has to notice it,
this does not happen when it does not get fuzzy, corn already fixed
all the po files with some sed command, so they are safe)
regenerated po and .6 files based on the latest doc/man/wesnoth*.6
...(yes, string changes, this is done to have both in sync for at
least some mins... the next pot update for trunk is basically one
month away...)
regenerated doc files (due to many additions to the wesnothd manpage,
those are now not complete enough anymore for inclusion and have to be
translated further first)

that no outdated files can be used for translations) removed now

ingame help in the TOD table, as well as in the manual, please add

description of healthy, IMO it's not clear whether or not you get
rest heal when you moved someone please have a look at this since I
don't know the exact rules applying here
