b3707841bb Add a CLEAR_FOG macro...
...for temporarily (for the duration of an event) clearing fog from
specific locations. Requires a helper unit, so also added a separate
dir for these kind of fake units in the units directory.

d487834ecd Added a macro for layering rules for specific three-way junctions of terrains
...(TERRAIN_ADJACENT_3_DIFFERENT).

Applied this rule to fix desert road-water-desert village glitch.

c087decc42 Made all keeps be called "Keep", all castles be called "Castle"...
...and all roads be called "Road", instead of using the racial names
(like "Elven Castle"). Revert if you heavily object.

99df7a4df2 rearranged desert and desert road transition...
...to allow roads to connect to villages. Also layered desert terrains
will now look better next to sand (villages / oasis).

88d97c80e3 Since the race description pages are not ready, remove the "Races" sections.
The race description is now an hidden topic in each units/race subsection

You can still access it by clicking on the race hyperlink of a unit page

We will probably make this page more accessible/visible later.

c8caab18b7 Made the adept line cold attacks use iceball.png as the attack icon,
...and made both magic attacks use the same animations and sounds
(until different ones are made or wired in).

* changed the race of the Vampire Bat line from 'undead' to 'bats'
* changed the movement type of the Vampire Bat line from 'undeadfly'
  to 'fly' (with adjustments)
* added a magical ranged 7-2 arcane attack to the Dark Adept
* added a magical ranged 9-2 arcane attack to the Dark Sorcerer
* added a magical ranged 12-2 arcane attack to the Necromancer
* added a magical ranged 9-3 arcane attack to the Lich
* increased the arcane resistance of the Ghoul line from -40% to 20%
* increased the arcane resistance of the Ghost line from -30 to -10%

ca7fd818be Made HIGHLIGHT_ITEM one blink longer...
...and use halo= instead of image= for the blinking (so that the
blinking gets drawn on top of units and fog).

2c3991da68 Add a "Races" section, with one topic for each race.
The topic contains the race description if defined and a list of links
to units of this race. Unit's page have also a field "race:" with a
link to these pages.

Not sure if it will stay like this, but now the code to handle it is
ready.

But note that it's now very similar to Abilities and Specials
sections.
