89c7a8448b Fix editor brush name
This doesn't really affect anything other than a catalogue entry since
brush names are currently unused (the editor uses the equivalent hotkey
action names instead).

f421d837f7 Properly correct the broken Desert Sands / Oasis help entry (bug #23023)
Reverts the previous change to the terrain.cfg and allows the terrain code to fall back to name if editor name is unavailable.

417b5acff2 Make hanging, chasm stone, and plank bridges conform to naming conventions
Namely, make the long descriptive name be displayed only in the editor,
and use the "Bridge" shorthand in-game instead.

The N-S hanging bridge variant does not need an elevation shift, and
all diagonal variants of the other two were missing their own.

cff164ef78 Update and reorganize Packagers section in the credits
Now the list is split between active and inactive packagers, and we also
list SDK maintainers (aquileia, loonycyborg).

Also restored alphabetical order, fixed comments and names, and added
aquileia, ancestral, mattsc, and vincent_c.

57d2088e6b Exempt variation_name in core units from wmllint translation mark check
Needs to be reverted and replaced with real support for variation_id +

5e4554f333 Assign translatable names to WC/Soulless variations (bug #22902)
Backported from master, commit bf75c9d062.

As I said on IRC, whether unit type variations use variation_id or
variation_name to define the variation id is wholly immaterial for
syncing purposes because serialized singular units:

 1) Do not include [variation] definitions nowadays;
 2) Have a single variation=<id> attribute, where the source for the id
    of variations is determined internally during initialization.

One situation that could result in collateral OOS errors is
[store_unit_type]/wesnoth.unit_types retrieving different information
for 1.12.0 and 1.12.1 game clients running the same WML/Lua script. I
suspect this should be relatively rare and it's possible to guard
against synchronization issues by checking for both variation_id and
variation_name for WC/Soulless variations and picking one accordingly.

4cffab3b84 Decrease campfire terrain frames duration from 200 to 140 ms
This matches the ANIMATED_CAMPFIRE and ANIMATED_BRAZIER macros from
data/core/macros/image-utils.cfg and looks subjectively better.
