8c044a01db Mainline campaigns are wmllint/wmlscope clean again.
Unfortunately, this required telling wmlscope to ignore all present
instances of new-style animation wildcarding. Some rather messy changes
to wmlscope will have to be considered if it gets more widely used.

1c1022e07a Minor changes to unit attack sound timings in collaboration with Bumbadadabum.
Units sound timings changed: Assassin, Orcish Assassin, Orcish Slayer,
Merman Warrior, Fencer, and Spearman ranged.

93496b40ff Fix broken image path
Someone typoed a line, resulting in the image path
"units/human-outlaws/rogue+female-attack:250.png" instead of
"units/human-outlaws/rogue+female-attack.png:250".

This fixes a warning and missing animation frame when female Rouges play
their ranged attack animation:

> error display: could not open image 'units/human-outlaws/rogue+female-attack'

3d379cf36b Remove the unusually good defense for Fire Guardians over frozen terrain.
It was a holdover from when the UtBS walkable lava was aliased to it
as it was an unused terrain type so could be repurposed.

33c657059d Make wolf raise head for terrain where unit is submerged only
Allows for all embellishments/overlays on submerged bases and
considers only overlays that affect submersion

7965124be1 removal of khalifate (part1):
the khalifate are not stable enough so far to be in 1.10, they need a
lot more playtesting, rebalancing as well as adding d escriptions

because of this they can't be allowed in at the time of the string and
feature freeze since adjustments would basically be impossible then

"someone" will have to move the khalifate into an addon so that
development of them can be continued this way

this commit includes:

* removal of unit definition files

* removal of unit images

* removal of faction definition

* removal of era definition (khalifate+default era)

* removal of movement types

what was not removed:

* definition of the unit names

what someone else has to edit:

* khalifate still appear in tools/emacs_mode/wesnoth-wml-data.el but I
  have no idea how to handle that file...

TODO:
* add the removal to the (players_)changelog and the release notes
