f54d6b5d28 Rewrite leadership ability as a single macro using $other_unit
Note: It's no longer supported to use the macro in a unit with a non-matching level,
for example giving a 2nd-level unit 4th-level leadership.

1c8bf80634 Added new generic portrait for Ancient Wose by LordBob
The previous Wose portrait has now been repossessed for the Wose specifically,
and also used for the Elder Wose. This new portrait is used for the Ancient Wose
exclusively.

c4ad38a251 Revert failed attempt to fix slow/poison sounds
The fix failed because attacker/defender hits events are fired after the
attack animation has finished, not in the middle of it when the hit
occurs.

171be97994 Disable standard advancement to Khalid
Require the {ENABLE_KHALID} macro to allow Shuja to advance to Khalid.
Khalid are described as legendary heroes, not the meat of your late-game
army. Thus, the L4 is handled similar to the arcanister, armageddon drake
and ancient lich.

df449c1aee New Ancient Lich baseframe and updated animations by shadowm
This version of the commit removes the orphaned melee attack animation
frame, which is superseded by a 2-frame set. The 1.12.x version of this
commit keeps the file as a copy of the new melee attack animation frame
for compatibility with existing add-ons.

Animation WML and art reference taken from the existing L3 Lich.
