3d781813bd graphics update for the shadow mage line
New baseframes, standing animations an ranged animations for rogue mage,
shadow mage and shadow lord.

This commit replaces the older work of Blarumyrran with new versions by
him. Animations are partly by aquileia.

40deca86df Replaced the old rogue mage line sprites with new (unanimated) ones...

b5d537e37d Added new sprites for the skeleton rider,
...bone knight (base frame only) and death squire, adapted from
IftU. Also removed the now unnecessary duplicate unit types for the
former two as well as the duplicate dark sorcerer.

cba698cfc5 synchronised the Skeleton Rider stats from Liberty with the UtBS version
someone still needs to check the images/animations and then the unit
can be moved to core

0a421e126a Removed the custom XP limits from the villager units,
...since otherwise they can end up with more than max XP after the
outlaw transformation (and triggering advancements in that situation
would be somewhat strange).

8f99271a40 Implement the fullheal AMLA (fullheal with +25% max XP).
Now all max-level units have an {AMLA_DEFAULT}, which contains both
{AMLA_TOUGH 3} and {AMLA_FULLHEAL}. Necrophage gets the "feeding"
ability.
