cdaf2b14aa Move data/hardwired/tips.cfg to data/tips.cfg
Since the GUI2 titlescreen took over, the path to tips.cfg is not
hard-coded in the engine anymore; in fact, this commit also updates that
path, which is in data/gui/default.cfg.

a8343e7625 Hit the directory-organization problem with a hammer.
As much of the miscellaneous stuff under data/ as possible
goes into a misc/ subdirectory.

...to tell how long slow lasts, since it wasn't in any user
documentation that I could find.

f2a9f6455c Separate "cures" from "heals" cleanly:
...remove global assumptions about cure/heal amounts, too.

I also added an explicit number to how much terrain heals (it's still
assumed to cure).

I also separated "cures" and "heals" from the user's perspective,
which unfortunately means the description of "heals" does not include
the number of HP any more.  It would be nice if the tooltip could use
variables...
