5fe5072040 change the html manual to describe shortcuts always as... 
..."modifier+key" instead of a wild mix where "modifier-key" dominates

this change gets things uniform and in sync with what is shown in-game
(plus it makes sense to have a '+' used when >1 key have to be pushed
at the same time) the po files are *not* updated yet...

a4fbd98fd8 removed --smallgui from --help output... 
...as well as from the manpages since it is no longer required

(some small leftovers, especially at unit tests are still there,
someone else has to test those)

f146642ca5 ran utils/wesnoth-optipng 
NOTE: Extremely many files received (smaller) changes but due to the
extremely large amount of changes I am not 100% sure that this
conversion is correct. This is the output of
utils/png_format_check.sh:

RGBA: 10247 RGB: 10 Gray+A: 256 Gray: 0 Index+A: 0 Index: 0 Other: 0

Overall statistics (only for files with a smaller recompressed size):
  Original size: 128949 KiB on 9778 files
 Optimized size: 125813 KiB
   Total saving: 3135 KiB = 2% decrease

54ceda8497 Improve linking to references. 
Use cleveref and add some helper macros for references it can't handle
(yet). Support for listings is in a newer version, so look at that in
the future.

3195f5a1a0 Discontinued support for building with autotools. 
Since 2010-12-27T04:03:39Z!ai0867@gmail.com, wesnoth no longer builds (due to duplicate
strings), and it would be a lot of work to fix the build system, so
better drop it.
