1000f2533c Reimplement the update-po4a-manual. 
This version can be build in parallel. Also remove the original po4a
update code.

afd1a0bfbe Add cmake update-po4a-man(ual) targets. 
Still needs more polishing and optimization, but with autotools

3195f5a1a0 Discontinued support for building with autotools. 
Since 2010-12-27T04:03:39Z!ai0867@gmail.com, wesnoth no longer builds (due to duplicate
strings), and it would be a lot of work to fix the build system, so
better drop it.

7bdc61f183 Use the proper main page for devdocs.w.o. 
The problem seems to be the @mainpage in ana/api/ana.hpp not the
duplicate Doxyfile. So devdocs should look well again after the next
update.
