apply latest pofix.py on files copied right from branches/1.8
...
(all langs beside sr)
reason: this way a "clear" run of pofix for conversion of dash,
apostroph and all those things can happen, no "old" fuzzies remaining
(at least in theory)
TODO:
run a pot-update to merge those po files against the latest pot files

this change *might* be reverted later on, this is a test before a
pot-update and incorporates all those strange minus replacements from
Espreon

argh, autotools update recipe is far from perfect, it seems...
...
the result of the update is that *many* strings changed, though the
benefit is that now some additional things should work nicely (eg
alternate entries for images when the images are not found/loaded)
due to this change 26 fuzzy and 12 untranslated strings were added to
po/wesnoth-manual/*.po, most of those should be "done in some mins"
strings, so not too much of an issue (will notify people on the i18n ml)
due to the changes the following manuals were not complete enough
anymore for generation: Danish, Galician and Traditional Chinese

made sure that pofix ran on all po files and that all files, the doc
files, too, are merged and up to date
fixed probs in the Shavian manual files (done by Arc)
