Added a new experimental transition between the map and the background.
...
Since I'm no artist the transition could use some cleaning up, also
there's no support yet for convex and concave transitions.
Also converted Hexcake to see how it looks on a hex shaped map. Still
has quite some glitches partly caused by the alpha in the _off
terrains.
Also some terrains look odd on the background (eg trees).

The {dragon,thunder}stick hit and miss sounds were too much alike.
...
The old miss sound (with slight ricochet effect) is now an alternate
hit sound; the new miss sound is a pure ricochet effect. Somewhat
cartoonish, but that's OK.

Changed the logic for the healthy trait to make the trait more useful.
...
Now "Healthy" no longer bring a double resting bonus, but instead
means that the unit can still rest after a movement.
