4dde74b51e help mentions that terrain desc. have "best/worst def/mvt" info 
An autogenerated description of the mixture properties of terrains
can now be found by opening the terrain description -- the help
entry for "terrains" now mentions this and explains how to open it.

292780506a add an explanation of mixed terrain types to the help for terrains 
This commit fleshes out the help page for terrains. It explains
mixed terrains and the different kinds of behavior they exhibit,
using images to give examples. These images use the same links
used on the terrain type help images.

This help page could be further improved by adding links to
terrain type descriptions in text, and also by fixing the link to
the page about Loyalist Cavalryman which I didn't get to work.

43fb84de8b Instead of 'yes' show the defense cap value in help. 
Suggested by Soliton. Also add a line of explanation in the help
that although a value is shown, if there is a cap it is always
the same as the defensive rating of the unit on that terrain and
cannot be larger.

42c58da859 add a help topic link from "Defense Cap" col. to terrains section 
Added to the topic for that section a brief explanation of mixed
terrains vs basic terrains, "best defense worst movement", and
defense caps.

3037876524 addons/help: Mention the possibility of sorting the add-on list... 
...by clicking on the column headers

Evidence suggests that either this has never been an obvious feature or
people have a strange obsession with downloading the first entries
before trying out the rest. It's not visually obvious, anyway, so we
might as well mention it.

5bf73d68b5 help: Add more elaborate descriptions for... 
...the Units, Abilities and Weapon Specials sections (bug #13914)

The intention is to reduce confusion when these sections are initially
empty for a fresh configuration. The discovery system is now hinted at
in these descriptions.

115b581f7a Add 'Add-ons' help section, dealing with add-on types and usage of the manager 
Remaining items to do with this:

  * Add a quick explanation about uninstalling add-ons

  * Review for style/content/helpfulness

  * Implement a Help button in the manager (this somehow breaks
     spectacularly atm, hence not committed)
