4f8f50051b Removed no longer useful ellipse= key from mainline units (bats)
Since ellipses automatically change depending on the ZoC emission, there is no point to change them manually in the cfgs - we don't want the engine to look for a misc/ellipse-nozoc-nozoc file. This commit is the first of a series that will fix all mainline units, even the campaign-specific ones.

69045c33ae New artwork for the future ToD display
tod-schedule-* files each contains the individual ToD sky images for an entire schedule
tod-clouds-* files each contain cloud images that will be randomly overlaid on the sky image according to the expected lighting conditions of a given ToD
tod-template is a mask in the shape of the ToD window that will be used to crop any element it contains: ToD skies, clouds, terrain overlays, oversized unit sprites, …

Additional schedule images will be added later.

d11edb6ec7 Make Experimental AI available in MP and SP
This is done through a new macro EXPERIMENTAL_AI.  Previously, it was
only available as a multiplayer AI.

82b8d9ecdf New artwork and TC ranges for team color-able icon bases and cursor hexes
The icon bases are meant for use with the terrain type icons and unit profile icons.
Team color-able hexes offer a flexible alternative to  single-color cursor components.
A set of color ranges specifically tailored for terrain type icons has been added to team-colors.cfg. Each color range is named after the base terrain type it corresponds to.
