02732ae01c gitignore: Merge dozens of "Thumbs.db" rules
It suffices to apply the rule once in the root directory.

f146642ca5 ran utils/wesnoth-optipng
NOTE: Extremely many files received (smaller) changes but due to the
extremely large amount of changes I am not 100% sure that this
conversion is correct. This is the output of
utils/png_format_check.sh:

RGBA: 10247 RGB: 10 Gray+A: 256 Gray: 0 Index+A: 0 Index: 0 Other: 0

Overall statistics (only for files with a smaller recompressed size):

Also the reflection is a little better, but still not great.

7ef45b2e27 Deprecated flowers as a base terrain,
...and made them available as an embellishment overlay. Currently that
overlay is graphically unimpressive, but that will soon change. Also
made the farm a baseless embellishment (effects the editor only).

92ffe68ab4 revised cobbled road (Rr) at more sensible scale,
...and colors harmonize with terrain.  This now replaces the cobbles
in the human castle, but not the keep.

7542fb0b32 adding new leaf litter terrain to replace...
...the function of the forest floor graphics.  I.E. it looks like shed
pine needles or dead leaves.
