7e50b6f378 SotBE S6: make Affman a grunt on medium and hard
Otherwise, he sometimes keeps the AI busy all by himself for quite a
while which is okay for easy difficulty, but not for the other two.

92b02a6562 [wmlparser2] Parse multi-line WML tags.
Sigh. Probably should re-write the .plain file parser to first remove
all commands, keeping the meta-information in a separate class. Then
parse the result (which should be much simpler) and consult the
meta-information where necessary (text-domain for strings, source files
and line numbers for tokens).

66162c1374 [wmlparser2] Fixed another newline handling case.
The last commit fixed one issue but introduced yet another. Now both
should work. Need to investigate if parsing the .plain files really is
necessary, would make things much easier if there was no need for it.

3b1badb5f6 SotBE 17: recognize speaker Bruce
While I looked for "unknown speakers" in an old version of the campaign,
in the meantime mattsc had changed the scenario to use a macro for the
enemy reinforcements (e5905f05).

Although I could use my spiffy new "whofield" magic comment here, Bruce
is the only general who speaks, so an old-fashioned "recognize" is more
appropriate.

3415026a92 SotBE 04: fix ORCISH_SHAMAN id recognition
While I tested my whofield feature, unfortunately it was on an
old version of the campaign in which all shamans were on side 1,
so the macros had no side field. Recently, it was decided that
the shamans in this scenario should start on side 3, and a side
field was inserted into the macros.

When it was time to commit, there was of course a conflict, but
I simply put my existing magic comments into the new version,
not considering that now the id field had been shifted to the
right by one, and didn't re-run wmllint.

5ad589066c [wmlparser2] Fixed issue with .plain file parsing
For example defined strings with empty lines would not work. The problem
was a direct check for newlines which failed if there were chr(254)
commands on the same line.
