fa1fd74845 SotBE S16: remove central area avoidence by AI
It was supposed to split up the AIs unit, but it doesn't work.  Units
simply get stuck behind it.

baedff4496 SotBE S15: clarify objectives
Make it clearer that the player has to defeat the enemy leaders first
and move Kapou'e to the signpost afterward.

It's not important, but it seems strange that he would flatten
mountains to set up his castle.  Hills are (slightly) more believable.

3566fe63a2 Associate deaths with resurrections
Counting deaths was not previously directly associated with the
resurrection of the units. By converting the death event into two
events, it can be included in the same generation macro as the
resurrection portion of the logic.

7945bed9d8 Remove checks for Garak being alive in possession event
If he were dead, the player would already be defeated
Also puts death of possessor before possessee as that makes more sense
in my mind

4fd160c025 Clean up the side list
This mostly involves hiding all the sides without significant presence
from the list, leaving only the human sides and the cultists as named
opponents.

1518816d15 Merge sides 3 and 9 in UtBS:8
Sides are allied with each other, have no leader, the same team name
and almost identical AI parameters. Having an entire side and AI just
to control 2 units is overkill.

caa6d0f0d8 Restore a lost line of dialog with trolls
Ids assigned to units were bad. Using default ids where possible and
making a troll shaman have an id that matches the dialog's requested id
restores the missing lines.
