aa4e8723e0 futher improvements to castle mixing.
Also encampment graphics enhanced to work better in mixed situations.

19b055afec Any Castle or Keep except Dwarvish can now be combined...
...without large gaps or extra walls.  Of course the graphics often
don't fit next to each other very well, but if it's a failure, it's a
much more graceful failure than we used to have.

a5a52237a4 Altered terrain WML so that encampments...
...can be freely mixed with all human and elvish castles.  Also fixed
some issued with the base transitions of swamp and sunken
castles. Don't really know how i did it.

b8736ca272 Adding tropical ocean terrain.
Near the bottom of 'terrain-graphics.cfg' several lines are noted that
can improve speed without totally deactivating animations. Improved
transitions between ocean and void and off-map.
