215ce7596f made it so that castles appearing in the middle of invalid terrain...
...would have islands placed underneath them.

made it so that random map generator generates more scattered, broken-up maps

- fixed bug where if the host changed their name, it would show that
  name to users connecting to the game

- fixed bug in lobby where top-left of screen would not be drawn properly

- made private messaging work

- added randomization of temples in Muff Malal's peninsula
