e83075fe26 This closes bug #9532.
* When use 'map settings' is selected, map settings can no longer be
  changed, if not defined in the map the general default is chosen.

* When cancelling the MP create the changed preferences are no longer
  saved.

* When the MP create is accepted with 'use map settings' the map setting
  parameters are no longer stored as the new preference.

* There need to be some more cleanups in the GUI and already started to 
  discuss those with Uso and Soliton but they will follow later.

58eee29c89 Reverted 2007-07-26T20:12:06Z!esr@thyrsus.com; default era is now named "Default" again.
We might later want to change it to "Standard", however (discussion
welcome).

6405507b24 Fix up a large number of espeaker=narrator blocks without images.
Along the way, change signpost popups to use the signpost graphic.

Also, fix some implicit attack/icon references to be explicit.

e91a73d909 Added a new experimental transition between the map and the background.
Since I'm no artist the transition could use some cleaning up, also
there's no support yet for convex and concave transitions.

Also converted Hexcake to see how it looks on a hex shaped map.  Still
has quite some glitches partly caused by the alpha in the _off
terrains.

Also some terrains look odd on the background (eg trees).

08c6876453 Almost all WML files are now uniformly indented.
There are a few exceptions that need further work or careful
examination; UtBS, the tutorial, and the terrain macros.

ad6a0efaf6 The map contained the _off terrain which shouldn't have been used.
Changed to cavewall, doesn't look great but can be changed in the editor again.
