f00dbb066b remove inproper and inconsistent names
1. remove obviously English and English sounding female names from Dunefolk female names list
2. remove 'bakri' from male name list (means 'goat', could be offensive)
3. remove one potentially offensive name from saurian name list
4. remove 'Dalal' from dunefolk female names (can be used as slang)

78dbf2d309 update German translation
s1m0n was in the credits for 1.16, but that was missed when his contributions
were copied to master. Fix that, along with adding his latest updates.

The fuzzy flag in -wof probably got readded by mistake when rebasing.

731e59f986 Add Bengali translation to the build scripts
No translated text yet, just template .po files.

The po files are generated assuming that PR 8433 will merge, removing
the new translatable text from the multiline_text and spinner widgets.

e3ee472352 Remove transparent padding from the status icon image files.
Just removing transparency from all images on the top bar and side bar causes other issues, particularly with the unit sprite and the clock icon alignment.

Fixes #8335

bc64ea75c5 Fix some multiline po: comments
Multiline comments need the `po:` prefix on each line, otherwise that
line is ignored. This fixes all occurances of this.

Any lines which have nothing after the `po:` are still ignored, so I
haven't added it to the paragraph-break lines. The resulting .pot file
doesn't have paragraphs.

HOTKEY_EDITOR_CUSTOM_TODS is disabled unless user loads scenario

custom_tod:Preview button and associated callback added.

03f7923262 Allow recruited drake units to be female
This will activate the long unused female drake names list and name generator. Since drakes are a reptilian species like the naga, there is no need to create additional sprites to represent both of their sexes.

32f6dda5de Add female unit name strings for drake race
As with the naga race, adds a translatable string for female drake units. This is for languages which have no neuter gender applicable to unit names.
