0c6cdd5d5e Replaced hewn cave walls with doofus-01's new mine walls
Slightly modified versions for wall-chasm transitions still need to be added.

Old definition for earthy hewn cave walls set as hidden but kept for compatibility; gets drawn exactly the same as the normal walls now.

0b1ab96b05 Fixed disjoined connections and stray pixels in rough cave walls
For this, I re-created the earthy versions from the normal ones, so their color has very slightly changed. The difference should be subtle enough to not matter.

d5fa4bc7b2 Revert "Compress images with zopflipng."
This reverts commit 5d36e382c7.

It's been found to cause all kinds of terrain glitches on Windows and
Linux. Please do not try experimental image compression alternatives
without discussing and reviewing first.

NOTE: Extremely many files received (smaller) changes but due to the
extremely large amount of changes I am not 100% sure that this
conversion is correct. This is the output of
utils/png_format_check.sh:

4fc36a7d36 downsampling terrain images from 16 bits per channel to 8.
Also shrinking excessively image size on some files.  Saved .4 MB--
hope it improves performance.

62d46ebc5e Made interior of cave wall pure black.
This is a bit of a hack-job so there are glitches, but it will work
untill i redo the whole cave wall.

3f6a7d748c Huge commit of converted cave terrain...
...that's been color-shifted to look good on outdoors maps.
Underground ToD now provides a color-shift so that underground maps look
essentially the same except any non-underground terrains mesh much
better.

036b1c7e56 rewrite the whole bridge logic in order to get it right.
Rails now use the same macros as bridges... now to make the stone
bridge use them too
