5031d2077d Liberty S8: Remove unnecessary hidden side
Side 3 was composed by enemy reinforcements. Since they were
spawned on the right corner of the map, and since side 2
was blocked inside Halstead by and [avoid] tag, it was
necessary to add a new hidden side which could move freely
on the map.
If we upgrade the AI, removing the [avoid] tag, this hidden
side becomes unnecessary.

932e9eafaf Liberty::The_Raid: Use Messenger Micro AI for wolf rider side
This also requires some rebalancing of the scenario: changing starting
positions of some units and modifying 3 hexes of the map.

404dd5313b Rework how the guards in Hide and Seek work:
...now if they see the player, all nearby guards are woken up to
pursue the player (and go to sleep again if the player disappears from
sight). Also, removed the starting encampment and made the player
unable to accumulate any gold.

d0c58a5f82 In the first scenario, the peasants you start with...
(except for Baldras and Harper) are now non-loyal and you also get an
early finish bonus.

2ee06f38dc A few beautification fixes to Liberty.
Also added a new small Boat unit (only used once in Liberty for now)
as a fake unit alternative to the galleons.
