Ellipse adjustments for the unit recentering (2007-03-12T19:21:47Z!koraq@xs4all.nl).
...
These are just scale-jobs, so they're a bit blurry, and there's a
really, really ugly temporary hack to alphamask.png to prevent their
edges getting cut off.
If 2007-03-12T19:21:47Z!koraq@xs4all.nl is reverted, so should this be.

Removed the previously sharp borders of the title screen menu...
...
...and tips of the day box by using the general window/menu borders
instead, making the title screen look IMO considerably better. Also
affects the campaign menu, but that too looks better to me this way.

moved farm terrain to proper subfolder,

corrected the name of several castle icons, and added new terrains
variants to the help. Also added a description of 'Submerged
Villages' and altered the 'Illuminated Cave' description to include
more than the cave floor.

Modified cave floor terrain to look a bit rougher

(though less rough than the cave hills) so it actually looks like a
possible impediment to movement. Further modification will probably

reordered terrains so that ice transitions over the swampwater,

...and the reeds poke through at the edges. Also removed some of the
hard hex-edges from the reeds, that became visible when placed over
ice.

Added the framework for the editor groups and added some test cases,
...
if some of the terrain artists want to define the groups please do so.
And please replace the abomination which should be buttons.
The name in editor_group also should be marked for translation once
the groups are properly determined.
