ff422edc9c Remove the editor option. 
This changes causes the editor to be always build. It also sorts the
file entries in the build systems.

loonycyborg please review the scons changes.

24a0ef951a added removal of tinygui to the changelogs and release_notes 
yes, i added it to "misc" because this is not a plain change in the
"normal" userinterface but a "depends on binary" thingie

3195f5a1a0 Discontinued support for building with autotools. 
Since 2010-12-27T04:03:39Z!ai0867@gmail.com, wesnoth no longer builds (due to duplicate
strings), and it would be a lot of work to fix the build system, so
better drop it.

acd98c9569 Enable the tree view in the lobby by default. 
The old list is still now under --new-widgets to test the speeds of
both implementations and since some parts of the tree view depend on
the data stored in the listboxes (which will be fixed later).

00036f072f Remove a release notes entry. 
Ivanovic did some testing and judged the jumping to be too bad for 1.8.
So back to the drawingboard and work on a treeview widget.

32f23eda2e Resizing the MP lobby no longer crashes randomly. 
The problem occured if the number of visible items was larger as the
number of items.
