3f90e9a8a0 AK: Add AK_LIBC_GLIBC
This is defined when we're compiling against the GNU C Library, whether
on Linux or on other kernels that glibc works on. More AK_LIBC_xxxx
definitions could be potentially added in the future.

Also add AK_LIBC_GLIBC_PREREQ(), which checks for a specific glibc
version.

aa03f73c2e AK: Demangle symbols on assertion failure on Linux as well
While macOS backtrace(3) puts a space directly after the mangled symbol
name, some versions of glibc put a + directly after it. This new logic
accounts for both situations when trying to demangle.

4641af7873 AK: Always use our assertion failure method, and add backtrace to it
On platforms that support it, enable using ``<execinfo.h>`` to get
backtrace(3) to dump a backtrace on assertion failure. This should make
debugging things like WebContent crashes in Lagom much easier.

The main change here is that we now follow the spec by asserting the URL
is not special. Previously I could not find a way to enable this without
getting assertions when browsing the web - but that seems to no longer
be the case (probably from some other fixes which have since been made).

352480338e AK: Refactor FixedPoint's formatter
The main change is the simplification of the expression
`(10^precision * fraction) / 2^precision` to `5^precision * fraction`.

Those expressions overflow or not depends on the value of `precision`
and `fraction`. For the maximum value of `fraction`, the following table
shows for which value of `precision` overflow will occur.

            Old   New
    u32      08    10
    u64      15    20
    u128     30    39

As of now `u64` type is used to calculate the result of the expression.
Meaning that before, only FixedPoints with `precision` less than 15
could be accurately rendered (for every value of fraction) in decimal.
Now, this limit gets increased to 20.

This refactor also fixes, broken decimal render for explicitly specified
precision width in format string, and broken hexadecimal render.

d40807681d AK: Cast lhs of left shifts to FixedPoint's underlying integer type
By default, `1` is of the type `int` which is 32-bits wide at max.
Because of that, if `precision` of a `FixedPoint` is greater than 32,
the expression `1 << precision` will get clamped at 32-bits and the
result will always be zero. Casting `1` to the wider underlying type
will make the expression not overflow.

4c6ea4a963 AK: Fix off-by-one error in round-to-even logic of FixedPoint
Because of the off-by-one error, the second bit of the fraction was
getting ignored in differentiating between fractions equal to 0.5 or
greater than 0.5. This resulted in numbers like 2.75 being considered
as having fraction equal to 0.5 and getting rounded incorrectly (to 2).

This new Kernel StdLib function will be used to copy contents of a
FixedStringBuffer with a null character to a user process.

The first user of this new function is the prctl option of
PR_GET_PROCESS_NAME which would copy a process name including a null
character to a user provided buffer.

e575ee4462 AK+Kernel: Unify Traits<T>::equals()'s argument order on different types
There was a small mishmash of argument order, as seen on the table:

                 | Traits<T>::equals(U, T) | Traits<T>::equals(T, U)
   ============= | ======================= | =======================
   uses equals() | HashMap                 | Vector, HashTable
defines equals() | *String[^1]             | ByteBuffer

[^1]: String, DeprecatedString, their Fly-type equivalents and KString.

This mostly meant that you couldn't use a StringView for finding a value
in Vector<String>.

I'm changing the order of arguments to make the trait type itself first
(`Traits<T>::equals(T, U)`), as I think it's more expected and makes us
more consistent with the rest of the functions that put the stored type
first (like StringUtils functions and binary_serach). I've also renamed
the variable name "other" in find functions to "entry" to give more
importance to the value.

With this change, each of the following lines will now compile
successfully:

    Vector<String>().contains_slow("WHF!"sv);
    HashTable<String>().contains("WHF!"sv);
    HashMap<ByteBuffer, int>().contains("WHF!"sv.bytes());

469aea5a5b AK+LibJS: Introduce JS::HeapFunction
This change introduces HeapFunction, which is intended to be used as a
replacement for SafeFunction. The new type behaves like a regular
GC-allocated object, which means it needs to be visited from
visit_edges, and unlike SafeFunction, it does not create new roots for
captured parameters.

fda5590313 LibGfx/ILBM: Add an IFF-ILBM decoder :)
IFF was a generic container fileformat that was popular on the Amiga
since it was the only file format supported by Deluxe Paint.

ILBM is an image format popular in the late eighties/nineties
that uses the IFF container.

This is a very first version of the decoder that only supports
(byterun) compressed files with bpp <= 8.

Only the minimal chunks are decoded: CMAP, BODY, BMHD.

I am planning to add support for the following variants:

- EHB (32 colours + lighter 32 colours)
- HAM6 / HAM8 (special mode that allowed to display the whole Amiga
4096 colours / 262 144 colours palette)
- TrueColor (24bit)

Things that could be fun to do:

- Still images could be animated using color cycle information

625aac2367 LibAudio: Add a FLAC encoder
This encoder can handle all integer formats and sample rates, though
only two channels well. It uses fixed LPC and performs a
close-to-optimal parameter search on the LPC order and residual Rice
parameter, leading to decent compression already.

To ensure this happens without duplicating code, we allow forcing a
StringBuilder object to only use the inline buffer, so the code in the
AK/Format.cpp file doesn't need to deal with different underlying
storage types (expandable or inline-fixed) at all.

8451c4d91c LibIMAP: Add useful dbgln_if() printouts to IMAP::Parser
I couldn't run the parser in a debugger like I normally would, so I
added printouts to understand where the parser is failing.
More could be added, but these are enough to get a good idea of what
the parser is doing. It's very spammy, though, so enable it by flicking
the IMAP_PARSER_DEBUG switch :^)

This is a little hackish. Part of the algorithm to get the indicated
part of a DOM::Document
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsing-the-web.html#the-indicated-part-of-the-document
wants to first get the URL's fragment, use it, and then later
percent-decode it and use that. So, we need a way to get that
un-decoded fragment.

3fd4997fc2 Kernel: Don't allocate memory for names of processes and threads
Instead, use the FixedCharBuffer class to ensure we always use a static
buffer storage for these names. This ensures that if a Process or a
Thread were created, there's a guarantee that setting a new name will
never fail, as only copying of strings should be done to that static
storage.

The limits which are set are 32 characters for processes' names and 64
characters for thread names - this is because threads' names could be
more verbose than processes' names.

This class encapsulates a fixed Array with compile-time size definition
for storing ASCII characters.

There are also new Kernel StdLib functions to copy user data into such
objects so this class will be useful later on.

faf9d08371 AK: Fix IPv6 serialization on multiple '0' parts ending in a '0' part
This could happen if a sequence of '0' parts was followed by a longer
sequence of '0' parts at the end of the host. The first sequence was
being used for the compress, and not the second.

For example, [1:1:0:0:1:0:0:0] was being serialized as: [1:1::1:0:0:0]
instead of [1:1:0:0:1::].

Fix this by checking at the end of the loop if we are in the middle of a
sequence of '0' parts that is longer than the current longest.

eb41f0144b AK: Decode data URLs to separate class (and parse like every other URL)
Parsing 'data:' URLs took it's own route. It never set standard URL
fields like path, query or fragment (except for scheme) and instead
gave us separate methods called `data_payload()`, `data_mime_type()`,
and `data_payload_is_base64()`.

Because parsing 'data:' didn't use standard fields, running the
following JS code:

    new URL('#a', 'data:text/plain,hello').toString()

not only cleared the path as URLParser doesn't check for data from
data_payload() function (making the result be 'data:#a'), but it also
crashes the program because we forbid having an empty MIME type when we
serialize to string.

With this change, 'data:' URLs will be parsed like every other URLs.
To decode the 'data:' URL contents, one needs to call process_data_url()
on a URL, which will return a struct containing MIME type with already
decoded data! :^)

58017a0581 AK: Clear buffer after leaving CannotBeABaseUrlPath in URLParser
By not clearing the buffer, we were leaking the path part of a URL into
the query for URLs without an authority component (no '//host').

This could be seen most noticeably in mailto: URLs with header fields
set, as the query part of `mailto:user@example.com?subject=test` was
parsed to `user@example.comsubject=test`.

data: URLs didn't have this problem, because we have a special case for
parsing them.

add a spec comment for what is missing. Also begin a basic text based
test for URL, so we can get some coverage of LibWeb's usage of URL too.

4e69eb89e8 LibRegex: Generate a search tree when patterns would benefit from it
This takes the previous alternation optimisation and applies it to all
the alternation blocks instead of just the few instructions at the
start.
By generating a trie of instructions, all logically equivalent
instructions will be consolidated into a single node, allowing the
engine to avoid checking the same thing multiple times.
For instance, given the pattern /abc|ac|ab/, this optimisation would
generate the following tree:
    - a
    | - b
    | | - c
    | | | - <accept>
    | | - <accept>
    | - c
    | | - <accept>
which will attempt to match 'a' or 'b' only once, and would also limit
the number of backtrackings performed in case alternatives fails to
match.

This optimisation is currently gated behind a simple cost model that
estimates the number of instructions generated, which is pessimistic for
small patterns, though the change in performance in such patterns is not
particularly large.

8751be09f9 AK: Serialize URL hosts with 'concept-host-serializer'
In order to follow spec text to achieve this, we need to change the
underlying representation of a host in AK::URL to deserialized format.
Before this, we were parsing the host and then immediately serializing
it again.

Making that change resulted in a whole bunch of fallout.

After this change, callers can access the serialized data through
this concept-host-serializer. The functional end result of this
change is that IPv6 hosts are now correctly serialized to be
surrounded with '[' and ']'.

a1ae701a7d AK: Move URL::cannot_have_a_username_or_password_or_port out of line
This doesn't seem trivial enough to be defining in the header like this,
and should not be a performance critical function anyhow.

Also add spec comments while we are at it, and a FIXME since we do not
seem to exactly align.

3f7d97f098 AK+Libraries: Remove FixedMemoryStream::[readonly_]bytes()
These methods are slightly more convenient than storing the Bytes
separately. However, it it feels unsanitary to reach in and access this
data directly. Both of the users of these already have the
[Readonly]Bytes available in their constructors, and can easily avoid
using these methods, so let's remove them entirely.

177b04dcfc AK: Fix url host parsing check for 'ends in a number'
I misunderstood the spec step for checking whether the host 'ends with a
number'. We can't simply check for it if ends with a number, this check
is actually an algorithm which is required to avoid detecting hosts that
end with a number from an IPv4 host.

Implement this missing step, and add a test to cover this.

aaf1b762ea AK: Remove redundant information from TypeErasedFormatParams
The array which contains the actual parameters is always located
immediately after the base `TypeErasedFormatParams` object of
`VariadicFormatParams`. Hence, storing a pointer to it inside a `Span`
is redundant. Changing it to a zero-length array saves 8 bytes.

Secondly, we limit the number of parameters to 256, so `m_size` and
`m_next_index` can be stored in a smaller data type than `size_t`,
saving us another 8 bytes.

This decreases the size of a single-element `VariadicFormatParams` from
48 to 32 bytes, thus reducing the code size overhead of setting up
parameters for `dbgln()`.

Note that [arrays of length zero][1] are a GNU extension, but it's used
elsewhere in the codebase already and is explicitly supported by Clang
and GCC.

cfadbcd950 AK: Work around Xcode 15 beta mishandling trailing requires clauses
Xcode 15 betas 1-3 lack https://reviews.llvm.org/D135772, which fixes a
bug that causes trailing `requires` clauses to be evaluated twice,
failing the second time. Reported as FB12284201.

This caused compile errors when instantiating types derived from RefPtr:
> error: invalid reference to function 'NonnullRefPtr': constraints not
> satisfied
> note: because substituted constraint expression is ill-formed: value
> of type '<dependent type>' is not contextually convertible to 'bool'.

This commit works around the issue by moving the `requires` clauses
after the template parameter list.

In most cases, trailing `requires` clauses and those specified after the
template parameter list work identically, so this change should not
impact the code's behavior. The only difference is that trailing
requires clauses are evaluated *after* constrained placeholder types
(i.e. `Integral auto i` function parameter).

398f7ae988 AK: Move chunks a single time in cleanup_unused_chunks()
All elements of the vector were moved to the left, for each element to
remove. This patch makes the function move each element exactly once.

On the same test case as the previous commit, it makes the function
disappear from the profile. These two commits combined reduce the
decompression time by 12%.

44bedf7844 AK: Don't reuse chunks in AllocatingMemoryStream
As confusing as it may sound, reusing them is terrible performance wise.
When profiling the PNG decoder, the result (which is dominated by the
Zlib decompression) shows that the `cleanup_unused_chunks()` function
represented 14.26% of the profile before this patch and only 7.7%
afterward.

On a 6.5 MB PNG image, it reduces the decompression time by more than
5%.

0cd85ab0fc AK+LibJS: Make Number.MIN_VALUE a denormal
ECMA-262 implies that `MIN_VALUE` should be a denormalized value if
denormal arithmetic is supported. This is the case on x86-64 and AArch64
using standard GCC/Clang compilation settings.

test262 checks whether `Number.MIN_VALUE / 2.0` is equal to 0, which
only holds if `MIN_VALUE` is the smallest denormalized value.

This commit renames the existing `NumericLimits<FloatingPoint>::min()`
to `min_normal()` and adds a `min_denormal()` method to force users to
explicitly think about which one is appropriate for their use case. We
shouldn't follow the STL's confusingly designed interface in this
regard.

7d71acf1bb AK: Use __builtin_frame_address to find current stack depth remaining
Instead of checking the address of a temporary, grab the address of the
current frame pointer to determine how much memory is left on the stack.

This better communicates to the compiler what we're trying to do, and
resolves some crashes with ASAN in test-js while the option
detect_stack_use_after_return is turned on.

Apple Clang 14.0.3 (Xcode 14.3) miscompiles this builtin on AArch64,
causing the borrow flag to be set incorrectly. I have added a detailed
writeup on Qemu's issue tracker, where the same issue led to a hang when
emulating x86:

7dadc9ff33 AK: Prefer __builtin_{subc,addc} intrinsics to x86-specific ones
GCC 14 (https://gcc.gnu.org/g:2b4e0415ad664cdb3ce87d1f7eee5ca26911a05b)
has added support for the previously Clang-specific add/subtract with
borrow builtins. Let's use `__has_builtin` to detect them instead of
assuming that only Clang has them. We should prefer these to the
x86-specific ones as architecture-independent middle-end optimizations
might deal with them better.

As an added bonus, this significantly improves codegen on AArch64
compared to the fallback implementation that uses
`__builtin_{add,sub}_overflow`.

For now, the code path with the x86-specific intrinsics stays so as to
avoid regressing the performance of builds with GCC 12 and 13.

873b0e9470 LibGfx/LibVideo: Read batches of multiple bytes in VPX BooleanDecoder
This does a few things:

- The decoder uses a 32- or 64-bit integer as a reservoir of the data
  being decoded, rather than one single byte as it was previously.
- `read_bool()` only refills the reservoir (value) when the size drops
  below one byte. Previously, it would read out a bit-sized range from
  the data to completely refill the 8-bit value, doing much more work
  than necessary for each individual read.
- VP9-specific code for reading the marker bit was moved to its own
  function in Context.h.
- A debug flag `VPX_DEBUG` was added to optionally enable checking of
  the final bits in a VPX ranged arithmetic decode and ensure that it
  contains all zeroes. These zeroes are a bitstream requirement for
  VP9, and are also present for all our lossy WebP test inputs
  currently. This can be useful to test whether all the data present in
  the range has been consumed.

A lot of the size of this diff comes from the removal of error handling
from all the range decoder reads in LibVideo/VP9 and LibGfx/WebP (VP8),
since it is now checked only at the end of the range.

In a benchmark decoding `Tests/LibGfx/test-inputs/4.webp`, decode times
are improved by about 22.8%, reducing average runtime from 35.5ms±1.1ms
down to 27.4±1.1ms.

This should cause no behavioral changes.

It will now propagate errors that occur when writing to the

There are two users of `to_deprecated_string()` that now use
`to_string()`:

1. `Formatted<IPv6Address>`: it now propagates errors.

2. `inet_ntop`: it now sets errno to ENOMEM and returns.

- Multi-selector keyframes are not supported.
- Most animation properties are ignored.
- Timing functions are not applied.
- Non-absolute values are not interpolated unless the target is also of
  the same non-absolute type (e.g. 10% -> 25%, but not 10% -> 20px).
- The JavaScript interface is left as an exercise for the next poor soul
  looking at this code.

With those said, this commit implements:
- Interpolation for most common types
- Proper keyframe resolution (including the synthetic from-keyframe
  containing the initial state)
- Properly driven animations, and proper style invalidation

b2e7b8cdff AK: Introduce MonotonicTime
This class takes on the duties of CLOCK_MONOTONIC, a time without a
defined reference point that always increases. This informs some
important design decisions about the class API: MonotonicTime cannot be
constructed from external time data, except as a computation based on
other monotonic time, or the current monotonic time. Importantly, there
is no default constructor, since the reference point of monotonic time
is unspecified and therefore without meaning as a default.

The current use of monotonic time (via Duration) includes some potential
problems that may be caught when we move most to all code to
MonotonicTime in the next commit.

The API restrictions have one important relaxation:
Kernel::TimeManagement is allowed to exchange raw time data within
MonotonicTime freely. This is required for the clock-agnostic time
accessors for timeouts and syscalls, as well as creating monotonic time
data from hardware in the first place.

fd316945f5 AK: Define NAKED more resiliently for AArch64
This attribute is used for functions in the kernel that are entirely
written in assembly, yet defined in C++ source files.

Without `__attribute__((naked))`, Clang might decide to inline these
functions, making any `ret` instructions within them actually exit the
caller, or discard argument values as they appear "dead". This issue
caused a kernel panic when using the `execve` syscall in AArch64
SerenityOS built by Clang.

While the empty definition so far appears to work fine with GCC, simpler
test cases do similarly suffer from unintended inlining, so define
`NAKED` as a synonym of `NEVER_INLINE` to avert future issues.

Perhaps we should move users of `NAKED` to plain assembly files?

This makes aarch64Clang builds boot :^)

Rather than tracking our position in the bit buffer, we can simply shift
away the bits that we read. This is mostly for simplicity, but also does
help performance a bit.

Using the "enwik8" file as a test (100MB uncompressed, commonly used in
benchmarks: https://www.mattmahoney.net/dc/enwik8.zip), compression time
decreases from:

    3.96s to 3.79s on Serenity (cold)
    1.08s to 1.04s on Serenity (warm)
    0.83s to 0.82s on Linux

when using an updated host toolchain:
- Adds a workaround for a bug in constraint handling, which made LibJS
  fail to compile: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=109683
- Silences the new `-Wdangling-reference` diagnostic globally. It
  produces multiple false positives with no clear way to silence them
  without `#pragmas`.
- Silences `-Wself-move` in `RefPtr` tests as GCC 13 adds this
  previously Clang-exclusive warning.

Although it might seem like we've switched to more generic functions,
which must run slower, it is not the case. The time required to parse
"1", for example, decreased by 1%. For numbers with more digits, the
effect is more noticeable: 8-digit numbers are parsed ~5% faster; for
gigantic 750-digit numbers, parsing is 2 times faster.

The later result is achieved by using UFixedBigInt<64>::wide_multiply
instead of u128::operator*(u128).

caller to wait for the task to complete to retrieve any error that may
have occurred.

b7e847e58b AK: Fix crash during teardown of self-owning objects
We now null out smart pointers *before* calling unref on the pointee.
This ensures that the same smart pointer can't be used to acquire a new
reference to the pointee after its destruction has begun.

I ran into this when destroying a non-empty IntrusiveList of RefPtrs,
but the problem was more general so this fixes it for all of RefPtr,
NonnullRefPtr, OwnPtr and NonnullOwnPtr.

35612c6a7f AK+Everywhere: Change URL::path() to serialize_path()
This now defaults to serializing the path with percent decoded segments
(which is what all callers expect), but has an option not to. This fixes
`file://` URLs with spaces in their paths.

The name has been changed to serialize_path() path to make it more clear
that this method will generate a new string each call (except for the
cannot_be_a_base_url() case). A few callers have then been updated to
avoid repeatedly calling this function.

The defaults selected for this are based on the behaviour of URL
when it applied percent decoding during parsing. This does mean now
in some cases the getters will allocate, but percent_decode() checks
if there's anything to decode first, so in many cases still won't.

ARCH() uses the AK_IS_ARCH_ macros internally since 349e54d5375a4a,
and all user code uses the ARCH() macro instead of AK_ARCH_.

(Why it's called ARCH() and not AK_ARCH(), I don't know.)

If any ports not in the main repo use AK_ARCH_, they should switch
to using ARCH() instead.

957f89ce4a added some tweaks for serenity-on-aarch64.
It broke anythingelse-on-aarch64 hosts though, so only do these tweaks
when targeting serenity.

(I wonder if AK/Math.h should fall back to the system math routines
when not targeting serenity in general. Would probably help ladybird
performance. On the other hand, the serenity routines would see less
use and hence exposure and love.)

b1136ba357 AK: Efficiently resize CircularBuffer seekback copy distance
Previously, if we copied the last byte for a length of 100, we'd
recalculate the read span 100 times and memmove one byte 100 times,
which resulted in a lot of overhead.

Now, if we know that we have two consecutive copies of the data, we just
extend the distance to cover both copies, which halves the number of
times that we recalculate the span and actually call memmove.

This takes the running time of the attached benchmark case from 150ms
down to 15ms.

957f89ce4a AK: Add very naive implementation of {sin,cos,tan} for aarch64
The {sin,cos,tan} functions in AK are used as the implementation of the
same function in libm. We cannot use the __builtin_foo functions as
these would just call the libc functions. This was causing an infinite
loop. Fix this by adding a very naive implementation of
AK::{sin, cos,tan}, that is only valid for small inputs. For the other
functions in this file, I added a TODO() such that we'll crash, instead
of infinite looping.

8283e8b88c AK: Don't store parts of URLs percent decoded
As noted in serval comments doing this goes against the WC3 spec,
and breaks parsing then re-serializing URLs that contain percent
encoded data, that was not encoded using the same character set as
the serializer.

For example, previously if you had a URL like:

https:://foo.com/what%2F%2F (the path is what + '//' percent encoded)

Creating URL("https:://foo.com/what%2F%2F").serialize() would return:

https://foo.com/what//

Which is incorrect and not the same as the URL we passed. This is
because the re-serializing uses the PercentEncodeSet::Path which
does not include '/'.

Only doing the percent encoding in the setters fixes this, which
is required to navigate to Google Street View (which includes a
percent encoded URL in its URL).

Seems to fix #13477 too

`vformat()` can now accept format specifiers of the form
{:'[numeric-type]}. This will output a number with a comma separator
every 3 digits.

For example:

`dbgln("{:'d}", 9999999);` will output 9,999,999.

Binary, octal and hexadecimal numbers can also use this feature, for
example:

`dbgln("{:'x}", 0xffffffff);` will output ff,fff,fff.

5a8373c6b9 LibCore: Fix corner case for files without newlines
When BufferedFile.can_read_line() was invoked on files with no newlines,
t incorrectly returned a false result for this single line that, even
though doesn't finish with a newline character, is still a line. Since
this method is usually used in tandem with read_line(), users would miss
reading this line (and hence all the file contents).

This commit fixes this corner case by adding another check after a
negative result from finding a newline character. This new check does
the same as the check that is done *before* looking for newlines, which
takes care of this problem, but only works for files that have at least
one newline (hence the buffer has already been filled).

A new unit test has been added that shows the use case. Without the
changes in this commit the test fails, which is a testament that this
commit really fixes the underlying issue.

For whatever reason, when CLion does its code indexing thing, it doesn't
define __clang__ despite using Clang. This causes it to run into various
problems that we've solved by checking for Clang.

Since CLion does define __CLION_IDE__ (or sometimes __CLION_IDE_, no
idea why but I have seen this issue locally), let's make that part of
the AK_COMPILER_CLANG check.

This makes CLion stop highlighting various things as errors.

f7960ffbe3 AK: Prevent passing lengths greater than 256 to getentropy()
From the getentropy() man page, "The maximum permitted value for the
length argument is 256". Several of our tests were passing lengths of
several thousand bytes, causing getentropy() to fail with EIO, which we
were completely ignoring. This caused these tests to only test long
sequences of 0x00.

We now loop over the provided buffer to fill it 256 bytes at a time. If
getentropy() fails for any reason, we fall back to the default method of
filling it with one random byte at a time.

eed956b473 AK: Increase LittleEndianOutputBitStream's buffer size and remove loops
This is very similar to the LittleEndianInputBitStream bit buffer change
from 8e834d4bb2.

We currently buffer one byte of data for the underlying stream. And when
we put bits onto that buffer, we do so 1 bit at a time.

This replaces the u8 buffer with a u64. And instead of looping at all,
we perform bitwise operations to write the desired number of bits.

Using the "enwik8" file as a test (100MB uncompressed, commonly used in
benchmarks: https://www.mattmahoney.net/dc/enwik8.zip), compression time
decreases from:

    13.62s to 10.9s on Serenity (cold)
    13.62s to 9.22s on Serenity (warm)
    2.93s to 2.32s on Linux

One caveat is that this requires explicitly flushing any leftover bits
when the caller is done with the stream. The byte buffer implementation
implicitly flushed its data every time the buffer was byte-aligned, as
doing so would always fill the byte. This is no longer the case. But for
now, this should be fine as the one user of this class, DEFLATE, already
has a "flush everything now that we're done" finalizer.

0016f63547 AK: Fix Clang 16 UBSan issue with zero-length Array
The current implementation of `Array<T, 0>` has a zero-length C array as
its storage type. While this is accepted as a GNU extension, when
compiling with Clang 16, an UBSan error is raised every time an object
is accessed whose only field is a zero-length array.

This is likely a bug in Clang 16's implementation of UBSan, which has
been reported here: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/61775

d38a3ca9eb LibGfx/OpenType: Add some initial support for GPOS glyph positioning
This patch parses enough of GPOS tables to be able to support the
kerning information embedded in Inter.

Since that specific font only applies positioning offsets to the first
glyph in each pair, I was able to get away with not changing our API.
Once we start adding support for more sophisticated positioning, we'll
need to be able to communicate more than a simple "kerning offset" to
the clients of this code.

954d660094 AK: Clear OrderedHashTable previous/next pointers on removal
With Clang, the previous/next pointers in buckets of an
`OrderedHashTable` are not cleared when a bucket is being shifted up as
a result of a removed bucket. As a result, an unfortunate pointer mixup
could lead to an infinite loop in the `HashTable` iterator, which was
exposed in `HashMap::keys()`.

Similar to POSIX read, the basic read and write functions of AK::Stream
do not have a lower limit of how much data they read or write (apart
from "none at all").

Rename the functions to "read some [data]" and "write some [data]" (with
"data" being omitted, since everything here is reading and writing data)
to make them sufficiently distinct from the functions that ensure to
use the entire buffer (which should be the go-to function for most
usages).

No functional changes, just a lot of new FIXMEs.

b898a46d7f AK: Make FixedPoint(FloatingPoint) ctor round instead of truncating
This is needed to have code for creating an in-memory sRGB profile using
the (floating-ppoint) numbers from the sRGB spec and having the
fixed-point values in the profile match what they are in other software
(such as GIMP).

It has the side effect of making the FixedPoint ctor no longer constexpr
(which seems fine; nothing was currently relying on that).

Some of FixedPoint's member functions don't round yet, which requires
tweaking a test.

db886fe18b Userland+AK: Stop using getopt() for ArgsParser
This commit moves the implementation of getopt into AK, and converts its
API to understand and use StringView instead of char*.
Everything else is caught in the crossfire of making
Option::accept_value() take a StringView instead of a char const*.

With this, we must now pass a Span<StringView> to ArgsParser::parse(),
applications using LibMain are unaffected, but anything not using that
or taking its own argc/argv has to construct a Vector<StringView> for
this method.

85414d9338 AK: Add operator""_{short_,}string to create a String from a literal
We briefly discussed this when adding the new String type but couldn't
settle on a name. However, having to use String::from_utf8() on every
literal string is a bit unwieldy, so let's have these options available!

Naming-wise '_string' is not as short as 'sv' but should be relatively
clear; it also matches '_bigint' and '_ubigint' in length.
'_short_string' may be longer than the actual string itself, but it's
still an improvement over the static function :^)

Since our C++ source files are UTF-8 encoded anyway, it should be
impossible to create a string literal with invalid UTF-8, so including
that in the name is not as important as in the function that can receive
arbitrary data.

f7e152d049 LibGfx: Add scaffolding for a webp decoder
At the moment, this processes the RIFF chunk structure and extracts
the ICCP chunk, so that `icc` can now print ICC profiles embedded
in webp files. (And are image files really more than containers
of icc profiles?)

It doesn't even decode image dimensions yet.

The lossy format is a VP8 video frame. Once we get to that, we
might want to move all the image decoders into a new LibImageDecoders
that depends on both LibGfx and LibVideo. (Other newer image formats
like heic and av1f also use video frames for image data.)

c08d137fcd AK: Reimplement HashTable with smart linear probing
Instead of rehashing on collisions, we use Robin Hood hashing: a simple
linear probe where we keep track of the distance between the bucket and
its ideal position. On insertion, we allow a new bucket to "steal" the
position of "rich" buckets (those near their ideal position) and move
them further down.

On removal, we shift buckets back up into the freed slot, decrementing
their distance while doing so.

This behavior automatically optimizes the number of required probes for
any value, and removes the need for periodic rehashing (except when
expanding the capacity).

f4342c9118 AK: Add AK::SIMD::exp_approximate
This approximation tries to generate values within 0.1% of their actual
expected value. Microbenchmarks indicate that this iterative SIMD
version can be up to 60x faster than `AK::SIMD::exp`.

2a276c86d4 Shell: Start implementing a POSIX-compliant parser
The parser is still very much a work-in-progress, but it can currently
parse most of the basic bits, the only *completely* unimplemented things
in the parser are:
- heredocs (io_here)
- alias expansion
- arithmetic expansion

There are a whole suite of bugs, and syntax highlighting is unreliable
at best.
For now, this is not attached anywhere, a future commit will enable it
for /bin/sh or a `Shell --posix` invocation.

d9d556fbab AK: Allow Vector<ByteBuffer>::contains_slow to accept (Readonly)Bytes
This is done by providing Traits<ByteBuffer>::equals functions for
(Readonly)Bytes, as the base GenericTraits<T>::equals is unable to
convert the ByteBuffer to (Readonly)Bytes to then use Span::operator==

This allows us to check if a Vector<ByteBuffer> contains a
(Readonly)Bytes without having to making a copy of it into a ByteBuffer
first. The initial use of this is in LibWeb with CORS-preflight, where
we check the split contents of the Access-Control headers with
Fetch::Infrastructure::Request::method() and static StringViews
such as "*"sv.bytes().

332b253a47 AK: Provide is_errno for Kernel Errors
It wouldn't make much sense on its own (as the Kernel only has errno
Errors), but it's an easy fix for not having to ifdef away every single
usage of `is_errno` in code that is shared between Userland and Kernel.

proper errno codes in case we need to return those to userland so it
could decode it in a reasonable way.

ab27fce86f AK: Add a new method to propagate errno while printing errors in Kernel
This new method is meant to be used in both userspace and kernel code.
The idea is to allow printing of a verbose message and then returning an
errno code which is the proper mechanism for kernel code because we
should almost always assume that such error will be propagated back to
userspace in some way, so the userspace code could reasonably decode it.

For userspace code however, this new method is meant to be a simple
wrapper for Error::from_string_view, because for most invocations, it's
much more useful to have a verbose & literal error than a errno code, so
we simply ignore that errno code completely in such context.

604d5f5bca AK+Everywhere: Do not implicitly copy variables in TRY macros
For example, consider cases where we want to propagate errors only in
specific instances:

    auto result = read_data(); // something like ErrorOr<ByteBuffer>
    if (result.is_error() && result.error().code() != EINTR)
        continue;
    auto bytes = TRY(result);

The TRY invocation will currently copy the byte buffer when the
expression (in this case, just a local variable) is stored into
_temporary_result.

This patch binds the expression to a reference to prevent such copies.
In less trival invocations (such as TRY(some_function()), this will
incur only temporary lifetime extensions, i.e. no functional change.

945f392392 AK: Add an explicit Error factory to copy an existing error
As of now, there is a default copy constructor on Error. A future commit
will make this non-public to prevent implicit copies, so to prepare for
that, this adds a factory for the few cases where a copy is really
needed.

Just because we may compile serenity with or without NDEBUG doesn't
mean that consuming projects or Ports will share the setting.

Always define the custom assertion function so that we don't have to

This API is only used by Jakt to implement weak reference unwrapping.
By making it return a NonnullRefPtr, it can be assigned to anything
that accepts a NonnullRefPtr, unlike the previous T* return type (since
that can also be null).

convertible to the type returned by the invokee.

Compilation now fails on:
`Function<void()> f = []() -> int { return 0; };`

But this is allowed:
