ee1d8a534d LibWeb: Remove wrappers for gradient painting command recording
These were adding unnecessary indirection, whereas recording painter
could be called directly.

9165faca5e LibWeb: Support CSS property background-clip: text
From https://drafts.csswg.org/css-backgrounds-4/#background-clip
"The background is painted within (clipped to) the intersection of the
border box and the geometry of the text in the element and its in-flow
and floated descendants"

This change implements it in the following way:
1. Traverse the descendants of the element, collecting the Gfx::Path of
   glyphs into a vector.
2. The vector of collected paths is saved in the background painting
   command.
3. The painting commands executor uses the list of glyphs to paint a
   mask for background clipping.

883f44d397 LibWeb: Use CSSPixels only when calculating radial gradient sizes
In order to do this, a function `sqrt(CSSPixels)` was added, which
currently just converts to floating point to run `AK::sqrt()`.

d9c842a83f LibWeb: Set radial gradients' ending shape corners correctly
Previously, the corner was always set to the top right, except if the
top left turned out to be closest, in which case it would be left
default-initialized instead.

0fb571c1c2 LibWeb: Add Length::resolved() overload for CSSPixels
Since we always pass the px value as an argument to resolved(), we can
pass it directly as CSSPixels instead of wrapping it in Length. This
approach allows us to avoid converting to a double, resulting in fewer
precision issues.

71baa8c31a LibWeb: Add CSSPixels::nearest_value_for(FloatingPoint)
This is intended to annotate conversions from unknown floating-point
values to CSSPixels, and make it more obvious the fp value will be
rounded to the nearest fixed-point value.

360c0eb509 LibWeb: Remove implicit conversion from float and double to CSSPixels
In general it is not safe to convert any arbitrary floating-point value
to CSSPixels. CSSPixels has a resolution of 0.015625, which for small
values (e.g. scale factors between 0 and 1), can produce bad results
if converted to CSSPixels then scaled back up. In the worst case values
can underflow to zero and produce incorrect results.

fa7a2269cd LibWeb: Remove ±1 translations from RadialGradientStyleValue
These were added when Gfx::Rect was made endpoint exclusive, however,
for this code an offset of ±1 makes no visible difference (but makes the
code look a little confusing).

631a988a57 LibWeb: Allow any valid <color> in CSS gradients
We now keep the color value as a StyleValue up until we go to paint the
gradient, which makes `currentColor` work, along with any other color
values that can't be immediately converted into a `Gfx::Color` while
parsing.

147c3b3d97 LibWeb+WebContent: Forbid access to underlying type of CSSPixels
Although DistinctNumeric, which is supposed to abstract the underlying
type, was used to represent CSSPixels, we have a whole bunch of places
in the layout code that assume CSSPixels::value() returns a
floating-point type. This assumption makes it difficult to replace the
underlying type in CSSPixels with a non-floating type.

To make it easier to transition CSSPixels to fixed-point math, one step
we can take is to prevent access to the underlying type using value()
and instead use explicit conversions with the to_float(), to_double(),
and to_int() methods.

655d9d1462 LibWeb: Make CSSPixels and Length use 64-bit (double) floating point
This fixes a plethora of rounding problems on many websites.
In the future, we may want to replace this with fixed-point arithmetic
(bug #18566) for performance (and consistency with other engines),
but in the meantime this makes the web look a bit better. :^)

There's a lot more things that could be converted to doubles, which
would reduce the amount of casting necessary in this patch.
We can do that incrementally, however.

f391ccfe53 LibGfx+Everywhere: Change Gfx::Rect to be endpoint exclusive
Previously, calling `.right()` on a `Gfx::Rect` would return the last
column's coordinate still inside the rectangle, or `left + width - 1`.
This is called 'endpoint inclusive' and does not make a lot of sense for
`Gfx::Rect<float>` where a rectangle of width 5 at position (0, 0) would
return 4 as its right side. This same problem exists for `.bottom()`.

This changes `Gfx::Rect` to be endpoint exclusive, which gives us the
nice property that `width = right - left` and `height = bottom - top`.
It enables us to treat `Gfx::Rect<int>` and `Gfx::Rect<float>` exactly
the same.

All users of `Gfx::Rect` have been updated accordingly.
