The storage-driver directory caused Jenkins cleanup to fail. While at it, also
removing other directories that we do not include in the "bundles" that are
stored as Jenkins artifacts.

testutil/daemon uses a generic unix implementation that assumes that
the host OS supports cgroups & network namespaces, which is not the
case for FreeBSD.
This change adds a FreeBSD-specific implementation for
`testutil/daemon`, namely for `cleanupNetworkNamespace` and
`CgroupNamespace` functions.

The io/ioutil package has been deprecated in Go 1.16. This commit
replaces the existing io/ioutil functions with their new definitions in
io and os packages.

Update the frozen images to also be based on Debian bullseye. Using the "slim"
variant (which looks to have all we're currently using), and remove the
buildpack-dep frozen image.
The buildpack-dep image is quite large, and it looks like we only use it to
compile some C binaries, which should work fine on a regular debian image;
docker build -t debian:bullseye-slim-gcc -<<EOF
FROM debian:bullseye-slim
RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y gcc libc6-dev --no-install-recommends
EOF
docker image ls

It was only used for two consts, which are unlikely to change, but the
"opts" package currently also imports libnetwork/ipamutils, which has
an `init()` function that does some heavy lifting, and not needed for
this utility's purpose.

Fixes#36911
If config file is invalid we'll exit anyhow, so this just prevents
the daemon from starting if the configuration is fine.
Mainly useful for making config changes and restarting the daemon
iff the config is valid.

This option was originally added in d05aa418b0,
and moved in 8b15839ee8 (after which it temporarily
went to the docker/engine-api repository, and was brought back in this repository
in 91e197d614).
However, it looks like this field was never used; the API always returns the standard
information, and the "--quiet" option for `docker ps` is implemented on the CLI
side, which uses different formatting when setting this option;

This patch removes the unused field,

This removes the use of the old distribution code in the plugin packages
and replaces it with containerd libraries for plugin pushes and pulls.
Additionally it uses a content store from containerd which seems like
it's compatible with the old "basicBlobStore" in the plugin package.
This is being used locally isntead of through the containerd client for
now.

This enables image lookup when creating a container to fail when the
reference exists but it is for the wrong platform. This prevents trying
to run an image for the wrong platform, as can be the case with, for
example binfmt_misc+qemu.

outside users.
This commit was generated by the following bash script:
```
set -e -u -o pipefail
sed -i -e 's#/docker/docker/pkg/mount"#/moby/sys/mount"#' \
goimports -w $file
Instead of logging on the "happy path", add more details when
we fail to create a daemon. Now that we base the path of the
daemon on the test-name, it should still be easy to find.
Before:
make TEST_FILTER=TestSwarmNetworkCreateIssue27866 test-integration
...
=== RUN TestDockerSwarmSuite
=== RUN TestDockerSwarmSuite/TestSwarmNetworkCreateIssue27866
--- PASS: TestDockerSwarmSuite (7.47s)
--- PASS: TestDockerSwarmSuite/TestSwarmNetworkCreateIssue27866 (7.47s)
`daemon.StartWithLogFile()` already creates a goroutine that
calls `d.cmd.Waits()` and sends its return to the channel, `d.Wait`.
This code called `d.cmd.Wait()` one more time, and returns the
error, which may produce an error _because_ it's called a second
time, and potentially cause an incorrect test-result.
(thanks to Kir Kolyshkin for spotting this)
If the daemon was stopped successfully in one of the retry-loops,
the function would return early;
```go
for {
select {
case err := <-d.Wait:
---> the function returns here, both on "success" and on "fail"
return err
case <-time.After(20 * time.Second):
...
```
In that case, the pidfile would not be cleaned up. This patch changes
the function to clean-up the pidfile in a defer, so that it will
always be removed after succesfully stopping the daemon.
