a164e6ecbb LibJS: Unbreak to_iso_day_of_week
481f7d6afa tried to use `modulo()` here, but missed that the
code used `<=` instead of `<`.

Keep using `modulo()` and add an explicit conditional, which is
arguably clearer.

b87ab989a3 LibPDF: Check if there is data left before consuming
Add a check to `Parser::consume_eol` to ensure that there is more data
to read before actually consuming any data. Not checking if there is
data left leads to failing an assertion in case of e.g., a truncated
pdf file.

f1d8978804 AK+Kernel: Remove implicit conversion from Userspace<T*> to FlatPtr
This feels like it was a refactor transition kind of conversion. The
places that were relying on it can easily be changed to explicitly ask
for the ptr() or a new vaddr() method on Userspace<T*>.

FlatPtr can still implicitly convert to Userspace<T> because the
constructor is not explicit, but there's quite a few more places that
are relying on that conversion.

7243bcb7da Kernel: Use static_ptr_cast to convert between Userspace<T*> types
Some calls of copy_to_user were converting Userspace<T*> to
Userspace<U*> via the implicit conversion to FlatPtr. Change them to use
the static_ptr_cast overload that is designed to express this conversion

194456efdc Kernel: Remove unnecessary StringBuilder from sys$create_thread()
A series of refactors changed Threads to always have a name, and to
store their name as a KString. Before the refactors a StringBuilder was
used to format the default thread name for a non-main thread, but it is
since unused. Remove it and the AK/String related header includes from
the thread syscall implementation file.

cca4268ff8 Piano: Always show Processor parameter values
The processor parameter values are displayed with two decimal places by
default. However, when these values become very large and exceed about 7
text symbols, the text is too long to fit the label and it'll simply not
show up. This commit fixes that by disabling the decimal place for such
large values, which allows us to show values up to 9,999,999, be it
only at integer precision.

d50b1465c3 LibAudio: Add explanatory comments to the FlacLoader
Some nuances in the FLAC loading code can do well with an explanation,
as these non-obvious insights are often the result of long and painful
debugging and nobody should touch the affected code without careful
deliberation.

(Of course, secretly I just want people to maintain my loader code.)

a757f3f421 LibJS: Fix leap year check in to_iso_week_of_year() for week < 1
When the resulting week is in the previous year, we need to check if the

of the given year.
Also added a comment to briefly explain what's going on, as it took me a
while to figure out.

board for higher percentages of mines.

3eeca784d2 Meta: Add basic clang-tidy configuration
Add a basic clang-tidy configuration that enables checks from the
following categories:

- bugprone
- cert
- clang-analyzer
- concurrency
- misc
- performance
- portability
- readability

The noisiest rules that have conflicts with the project style guide or
accepted practices have been turned off.

There's absolutely more work to be done here before we could consider
setting any of these warnings as errors and enforcing them in CI, but
committing a project clang-tidy configuration should help the rules
become more visible and let other contributors take a crack at tweaking
rules and/or finding possible bugs.

Sadly the cpp-core-guidelines and modernize categories are very, very
noisy. If we want to enable rules from these categories, they would need
to be on a rule by rule basis.

292398b585 Toolchain: Load x64 executables at a higher address
Serenity defines a protected range of memory that must not be mmapped,
and is apparently reserved for kernel tasks. In this case, the protected
range is anything below 0x800000.

However, in its default setting, binutils chooses the memory address
0x400000 as the mapping address for executables that do not have PIE
enabled, resulting in mmap being unable to map the file unless the load
address has been overwritten at link time or if it's a PIE.

To mitigate this, move the default base address somewhere outside of
that range (and preferably not anywhere close near the beginning of the
useable virtual memory space, to avoid running into it during sequential
allocations).
