7c45cc7649 Commiting new graphics tilesets:

* Dwarven castles

f03919533f New unit: Drake Hatchling
Purposedly not enabled on MP. Lesser units don't fit this strong race IMHO.
But scenario designers could find it useful, so it's in.

* Added support for relative {includes} in WML files ( {./utils.cfg}
  instead of {scenarios/Son_Of_The_Black_Eye/utils.cfg} for files in
  scenarios/Son_Of_The_Black_Eye}

2739aa8965 blank.png has been unused since the background is removed from weapon images.
blank.png is now a 640x480 transparent image, which can be used as
background in [story] tags.

cc8194b2c4 New shroud and fog (Eleazar).
Some issues still need resolving: differences depending upon underlying
terrain (graphical problem), glitches at fog & shroud intersection and
with castles (code problem).
