89c7a8448b Fix editor brush name 
This doesn't really affect anything other than a catalogue entry since
brush names are currently unused (the editor uses the equivalent hotkey
action names instead).

2709197594 Refactored the time of day schedule related images and macros. 
This moves the after the fall schedule into core to grant that the
debian package wesnoth-editor does not depend on wesnoth-utbs.

Also, the images now life in their own subdirectories.

Wmllint has been updated to take care about the changed paths.

09b4fe022d Add "Save All Maps" in editor "File" menu and a new hotkey 
(default: alt+s)

Quickly show all maps when saving, not wanted but provide some UI
feedback.

e3af4bbd17 created new editor group: ‘embellishments’, 
...and added desert plants to that group.  This means cacti and so
forth no longer automatically appear on the desert.  They must be
added by hand where they are wanted (weather over sand or any other
base terrain).

02bef46e0b Make the titlescreen play more than just the main menu song, 
...fixing fr / bug #15669

The playlist is taken from a new [titlescreen_music] tag, which has
been set to default_playlist + main menu song

Note that music will always restart with the main_menu theme when
going back into the titlescreen e.g. from the editor, it'd be
difficult otherwise to make it always start with main_menu.ogg on
startup.
