Varia: Remove overflow:scroll on pre element
...
`overflow: scroll` is applied to `pre` elements in our normalize file.
This creates unsightly scrollbars on Verse blocks and others. The latest
version of `normalize.css` doesn't include this particular style.
Let's try removing it, and assuming everything is ok we'll remove it
from Seedlet-based themes too.

Include the varia_mobile_nav_on_side function in all the themes.
...
This makes sure that the user will not get a PHP warning if theu are not running the latest version of varia that has that function.
Since varia doesn't have that feature enabled this PR removes the function as well.

Added margin definitions to Premium Content Block
...
Added a generic .entry-content-child class to be used (extended) by
anything that needs to apply the content child margins.
Leveraged this .entry-content-child from a new Premium Content selector in
order for the appropraite vertical margins to be applied to premium
content.
