Doug Davis e6115a6c1c remove =false from options that default to false in the docs

This re-aligns the docs with what the cmd line now does.

Usage: docker unpause [OPTIONS] CONTAINER [CONTAINER...]

Unpause all processes within a container

  --help          Print usage

The docker unpause command uses the cgroups freezer to un-suspend all processes in a container.
