And let the old shadow_root(), which was only supposed to be used by
bindings, be called shadow_root_for_bindings() instead.
This makes it much easier to read DOM code, and we don't have to worry
about when to use shadow_root_internal() or why.
Normally, assigning to e.g document.body.onload will forward to
window.onload. However, in a detached DOM tree, there is no associated
window, so we have nowhere to forward to, making this a no-op.
The bulk of this change is making Document::window() return a nullable
pointer, as documents created by DOMParser or DOMImplementation do not
have an associated window object, and so must be able to return null
from here.
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

Stop worrying about tiny OOMs. Work towards #20449.
While going through these, I also changed the function signature in many
places where returning ThrowCompletionOr<T> is no longer necessary.
The "browsing context container" concept in the HTML spec has been
replaced with "navigable container". Renaming this is the first step of
many towards implementing the new world.

This ports MouseEvent, UIEvent, WheelEvent, and Event to new String.
They all had a dependency to T::create() in
WebDriverConnection::fire_an_event() and therefore had to be ported in
the same commit.
The shadowRoot property getter that will be added in subsequent commits
has an additional check that checks whether the shadow root is opened.
I didn't update the function logic to match with the IDL interface,
because it's very likely we don't want that check in the existing code,
so that for example closed shadow root elements can still be updated.
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)
