This makes it polymorphic and allows checking the subclass of an
Environment with is<T>().
We also need to change the inheritance order so JS::Cell comes first for
this to work. Unfortunately, I have no idea why that is.

This caused `Object.getOwnPropertyNames(window)` to throw, as the
`this` value is `Object`.
All users of document_tree_child_browsing_context_count call it on an
existing Window impl, including WP::internal_own_property_keys, so
getting the impl from the JS VM is not necessary.
This removes a set of complex reference cycles between DOM, layout tree
and browsing context.
It also makes lifetimes much easier to reason about, as the DOM and
layout trees are now free to keep each other alive.
(And BrowsingContextGroup had to come along for the ride as well.)
This solves a number of nasty reference cycles between browsing
contexts, history items, and their documents.
This prevents a reference cycle between a HTMLParser opened via
document.open() and the document. It was one of many things keeping
some documents alive indefinitely.
When a new document becomes the active document of a browsing context,
we now notify the old document, allowing it to tear down its layout
tree. In the future, there might be more cleanups we'd like to do here.
Capturing a WeakPtr to a GC-allocated object in a JS::SafeFunction is
basically pointless, since the SafeFunction mechanism will then keep
the object alive anyway.
These functions were previously ad-hoc and returned the active
document's window. They now correctly teturn the browsing context's
WindowProxy instead.
This changes the signature of LoadRequest::set_body() to take by value
and then use move semantics to move the contents of the ByteBuffer.
This is done to avoid the fallible copy constructor of ByteBuffer.
Print exceptions passed to `HTML::report_exception` in the JS console
Refactored `ExceptionReporter`: in order to report exception now
you need to pass the relevant realm in it. For passed `JS::Value`
we now create `JS::Error` object to print value as the error message.
Get rid of the bespoke NavigatorObject class and use the modern IDL
strategies for creating platform objects to re-implement Navigator and
its associcated mixin interfaces. While we're here, implement it in a
way that brings WorkerNavigator up to spec :^)
We can now properly add the prototypes and constructors to the global
object of the Worker's inner realm, so we don't need this window for
anything anymore.
The intent is to use these to autogenerate prototype declarations for
Window and WorkerGlobalScope classes.
And the spec links are just nice to have :^)
This implementation includes a first cut at run the unfocusing steps
from the spec, with many things left unimplemented.
The viewport related spec steps in particular don't seem to map to
LibWeb concepts, which makes figuring out if things are properly focused
much more difficult.
This patch adds a non standard step pushing the realm execution context
of fetching client's settings object onto the execution context stack
before linking a module script. Without the realm execution context
there is no current settings object, leading to a crash in
HostResolveImportedModule.
This patch adds support for script elements with the type attribute set
to "module". As a first cut the changes are mainly focused around inline
scripts.

This patch adds various algorithms required to fetch and link module
scripts.
Some parts such as actually creating a request and error handling are
not implemented or use temporary non spec compliant code to get us
further.

This patchs adds the Web::HTML::Script subclass ModuleScript and
JavaScriptModuleScript as a type of ModuleScript as well as various
algorithms related to JavaScript module scripts.

This patch adds the ModuleMap class used to keep track of the type and
url of a module as well as the fetching state associated. Each
environment settings object now also has a module map.
