74f6dce9e6 LibWeb: Use Gfx::Painter in CanvasRenderingContext2D::get_image_data()
...instead of directly mutating Gfx::Bitmap.

This change is preparation for using GPU-backend for canvas painting
where direct mutating of backing storage that bypasses painter is no
longer possible.

Calls to `Document::set_needs_display()` and

`InvalidateDisplayList::No` to the function where invalidating the
display list is not necessary.

a3cc03f180 LibGfx+LibWeb: Add new Path class with Skia backend, use for 2D canvas
This thing is essentially a wrapper around an SkPath, although we do
some indirection via a PathImpl class to keep the door open for
alternative rasterizer/path backends in the future.

We also update the 2D canvas code, since that was the only code that
used Painter+DeprecatedPath, and this allows us to just drop that
code instead of temporarily supporting it until the next commit.

18fc23b3d6 LibWeb: Reuse display list across repaints
...if only the scroll offset is updated.

Currently, on any document with a large amount of content, the process
of building a display list is often more expensive than its
rasterization. This is because the amount of work required to build a
display list is proportional to the size of the paintable tree, whereas
rasterization only occurs for the portion visible in the viewport.

This change is the first step toward improving this process by caching
the display list across repaints when neither style nor layout requires
invalidation. This means that repainting while scrolling becomes
significantly less expensive, as we only need to reapply the scroll
offsets to the existing display list.

The performance improvement is especially visible on pages like
https://ziglang.org/documentation/master/ or
https://www.w3.org/TR/css-grid-2/

5865cf5864 LibWeb: Use bitmap's alpha type instead of assuming unpremultiplied
When converting a `Gfx::Bitmap` to a Skia bitmap, we cannot assume the
color data is unpremultiplied. For example, everything canvas-related
uses premultiplied color data:

  https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/canvas.html#premultiplied-alpha-and-the-2d-rendering-context

We were probably assuming unpremultiplied since that is what the PNG
decoder gives us. Since we now make `Gfx::Bitmap` identify what alpha
type is being used, we can instruct Skia a bit better :^)

Update our `EdgeFlagPathRasterizer` to use premultiplied alpha instead
of unpremultiplied so we can apply alpha correctly for path masks.

This fixes the dark borders sometimes visible when SVGs are blended
with a colored background.

This also exposed an issue with our `CanvasRenderingContext2D`, which is
supposed to hold a bitmap with premultiplied alpha internally but expose
a bitmap with unpremultiplied alpha in `CanvasImageData`. Expand our C2D
test to include the alpha channel as well.

Finally, this also exposed an off-by-one issue in
`EdgeFlagPathRasterizer` which caused the last scanlines for edges to
render incorrectly. We had some reference images which included these
corruptions (they were almost unnoticeable), so update them as well.

ebdb92eef6 LibUnicode+Everywhere: Merge LibLocale back into LibUnicode
LibLocale was split off from LibUnicode a couple years ago to reduce the
number of applications on SerenityOS that depend on CLDR data. Now that
we use ICU, both LibUnicode and LibLocale are actually linking in this
data. And since vcpkg gives us static libraries, both libraries are over
30MB in size.

This patch reverts the separation and merges LibLocale into LibUnicode
again. We now have just one library that includes the ICU data.

Further, this will let LibUnicode share the locale cache that previously
would only exist in LibLocale.

bfd354492e LibWeb: Put most LibWeb GC objects in type-specific heap blocks
With this change, we now have ~1200 CellAllocators across both LibJS and
LibWeb in a normal WebContent instance.

This gives us a minimum heap size of 4.7 MiB in the scenario where we
only have one cell allocated per type. Of course, in practice there will
be many more of each type, so the effective overhead is quite a bit
smaller than that in practice.

I left a few types unconverted to this mechanism because I got tired of
doing this. :^)
