bd9989b08a LibWeb: Don't pass StringView to RecordingPainter, to avoid copy
Instead, we now pass String if we have one. In particular, this fixes an
issue where image elements with a data: URL src would copy the entire
URL string every time we painted (before the image had been decoded).
This was very noticeable on "fully downloaded" web pages where every
single image has been turned into a data: URL.

1b3223dd9e LibWeb: Rename painter() to recording_painter() in PaintContext
Using recording_painter() as a name is less misleading, indicating
the painter in stacking context traversal doesn't perform actual
painting commands.

063e66cae9 LibWeb: Introduce RecordingPainter to serialize painting commands
This modification introduces a new layer to the painting process. The
stacking context traversal no longer immediately calls the
Gfx::Painter methods. Instead, it writes serialized painting commands
into newly introduced RecordingPainter. Created list of commands is
executed later to produce resulting bitmap.

Producing painting command list will make it easier to add new
optimizations:
- It's simpler to check if the painting result is not visible in the
  viewport at the command level rather than during stacking context
  traversal.
- Run painting in a separate thread. The painting thread can process
  serialized painting commands, while the main thread can work on the
  next paintable tree and safely invalidate the previous one.
- As we consider GPU-accelerated painting support, it would be easier
  to back each painting command rather than constructing an alternative
  for the entire Gfx::Painter API.

aeee98b3a1 AK+Everywhere: Remove the null state of DeprecatedString
This commit removes DeprecatedString's "null" state, and replaces all
its users with one of the following:
- A normal, empty DeprecatedString
- Optional<DeprecatedString>

Note that null states of DeprecatedFlyString/StringView/etc are *not*
affected by this commit. However, DeprecatedString::empty() is now
considered equal to a null StringView.

360c0eb509 LibWeb: Remove implicit conversion from float and double to CSSPixels
In general it is not safe to convert any arbitrary floating-point value
to CSSPixels. CSSPixels has a resolution of 0.015625, which for small
values (e.g. scale factors between 0 and 1), can produce bad results
if converted to CSSPixels then scaled back up. In the worst case values
can underflow to zero and produce incorrect results.

ce188c9a9c LibWeb: Allow direct rouding of CSSPixelRects to CSSPixelRects
Preciously we were casting to float, round and cast back, which actually
might loose precision and was quite ugly.

147c3b3d97 LibWeb+WebContent: Forbid access to underlying type of CSSPixels
Although DistinctNumeric, which is supposed to abstract the underlying
type, was used to represent CSSPixels, we have a whole bunch of places
in the layout code that assume CSSPixels::value() returns a
floating-point type. This assumption makes it difficult to replace the
underlying type in CSSPixels with a non-floating type.

To make it easier to transition CSSPixels to fixed-point math, one step
we can take is to prevent access to the underlying type using value()
and instead use explicit conversions with the to_float(), to_double(),
and to_int() methods.

ee7282cbe4 LibWeb: Make pseudo-elements inspectable
This makes it possible to set a pseudo-element as the inspected node
using Document::set_inspected_node(), Document then provides
inspected_layout_node() for the painting related functions.

5e3e9b2f61 LibWeb: Add list-style-type: disclosure-{closed,open}
These markers are rendered as equilateral triangles pointing right and
down respectively. As we currently don't implement writing-mode the
closed marker does not respect it.

655d9d1462 LibWeb: Make CSSPixels and Length use 64-bit (double) floating point
This fixes a plethora of rounding problems on many websites.
In the future, we may want to replace this with fixed-point arithmetic
(bug #18566) for performance (and consistency with other engines),
but in the meantime this makes the web look a bit better. :^)

There's a lot more things that could be converted to doubles, which
would reduce the amount of casting necessary in this patch.
We can do that incrementally, however.

f409f68a9a LibWeb: Use scaled font when painting list item markers
This now uses the current font (rather than the painter's default)
and scales it correctly. This is not perfect though as just naviely
doing .draw_text() here does not follow the proper text layout logic
so this is misaligned (by a pixel or two) with the text in the <li>.

We get to remove some of the `to_type<>()` shenanigans, though it
reappears in some other places.

6a6475673f LibWeb: Convert images to common AbstractImageStyleValue base
This commit moves both the ImageStyleValue and LinearGradientStyleValue
to a common base class of AbstractImageStyleValue. This abstracts
getting the natural_width/height, loading/resolving, and painting
the image.

Now for 'free' you get:

 - Linear gradients working with the various background sizing/repeat
   properties.
 - Linear gradients working as list-markers :^) -- best feature ever!

P.s. This commit is a little large as it's tricky to make this change
incrementally without breaking things.

02b316fd5c LibWeb: Let Paintable perform the painting
This patch adds a bunch of Paintable subclasses, each corresponding to
the Layout::Node subclasses that had a paint() override. All painting
logic is moved from layout nodes into their corresponding paintables.

Paintables are now created by asking a Layout::Box to produce one:

    static NonnullOwnPtr<Paintable> Layout::Box::create_paintable()

Note that inline nodes still have their painting logic. Since they
are not boxes, and all paintables have a corresponding box, we'll need
to come up with some other solution for them.
