Varia, Maywood: Fix FSE blocks style when inside a Cover block (#1418) 
* Make sure the FSE blocks (Site Title, Site Description, and Navigation Menu) look consistently when inserted inside and outside a Cover block.

* When inside a Cover block, change the color of Site Title and Site Description blocks to white, and add a text shadow. Remove the link underline from Site Title and Navigation Menu.

Full Site Editing / Varia, Maywood: Fix incorrect content positioning when the homepage title is hidden (#1406) 
On WPCOM, Varia adds an option, which defaults to true, to hide the page title of the homepage.

* Add the `.hide-homepage-title` class to the block editor body as well.

* Enqueue a new stylesheet on the block editor that hides the homepage title and reposition the Post Content block.

* Restore the header's bottom padding on the front end's homepage when the page title is hidden.

* Add the header and footer styles to `style-editor.scss`.

* Add the `.entry-content` class to the header and footer when in FSE context.

* Add some styles overrides for the FSE blocks in the header template.

* Adjust the Template block paddings.

* Stop `display: flex;` the footer to avoid incorrect positioning of the footer blocks.

* Add a responsive version of the main navigation, as featured in Varia and most Varia-based themes.

a4c5cc7f1d Varia: Refactoring responsive logic for default, wide, and full alignment settings 
- Makes .entry-content 100% wide to let the box-model work determine .alignfull widths
- .alignwide and default widths now have a fixed width, and a responsive 100% max-width
- Updates utility classes to work with this change
- Improves nested block behaviors and reduces CSS load
- Removes .responsive-max-width utility classes from .entry-content and simialr wrappers that no longer need it
- Renames responsive @extends and @mixins to match Gutenberg pre/suffixes
