The footer copyright statement has been removed from the following themes:
* Vitrum
* Fontaine (x2)
* Pendant
* Bitacora
* Jaida
The standard for a while has been to use "Designed with WordPress" (or something similar) in the footer, rather than a copyright statement. Additionally the copyright line is often incorrect - where it hardcodes the year, this is obviously not accurate and where it credits the name of the blog, or states "All Rights Reserved", this may not be accurate either. We should leave it to users to set their own copyright statements appropriately, and most of these themes leave an empty paragraph available to make it easy to do that.
* Lossless image optimization (using ImageOptim).
This shouldn't change the visual appearance of any images. ImageOptim
was run with the highest compression setting except that JPEG metadata
stripping was disabled because some users prefer to avoid stripping
JPEG metadata.
* Update READMEs that have Changelogs for themes impacted by lossless image optmization change.
* Add Jaida theme for review
* remove theme attribute from the template part definitions

* move 404 content to pattern
* move footer content to pattern
* move comments block to pattern
* remove empty height attribute on spacer block
* update theme and min wp versions
* add theme uri
* remove invlid blocks and styles
* fix search page and update footer social links
* update license information and remove unused assets
