Nicola Murino 80a5138115 add rsync support ... 
and better document quota management issues for system commands.

rsync and git are not enabled in the default config so don't install
them in sample Dockerfiles, simply add a comment to facilitate their
installation if needed

Dockerfile examples

Sample Dockerfiles for sftpgo daemon and the REST API CLI.

We don't want to add a Dockerfile for each single sftpgo configuration options or data provider. You can use the docker configurations here as starting point that you can customize to run sftpgo with Docker.
