Slightly refactor Resolver.dialExtDNS: - use net.JoinHostPort to properly format IPv6 addresses - define a const for the default port, and avoid int -> string conversion if no custom port is defined - slightly simplify logic if the HostLoopback is used (at the cost of duplicating one line); in that case we don't need to define the closure Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <github@gone.nl>
