libnetwork/datastore: remove DataStore interface
It only had a single implementation, so let's remove the interface.

While changing, also renaming;

- datastore.DataStore -> datastore.Store
- datastore.NewDataStore -> datastore.New
- datastore.NewDataStoreFromConfig -> datastore.FromConfig
