For unix targets, `goInChroot()` is only implemented for `Linux`, hence FreeBSD build fails. This change - Adds FreeBSD-specific chrooted tar/untar implementation - Fixes statUnix() to accomodate to FreeBSD devminor/devmajor - quirk.
