These integration tests were basically testing if a
decent error message was printed when attempting
to remove a running, paused, or restarting container.
Moving these tests to a unit-test to make the tests
not flaky (especially on the "restarting" container
test).

Running the rm command on a paused/restarting container
will give an error message saying the container is running
which is incorrect.
To fix that, the error message will have the correct
container state and a procedure to remove it accordingly.

Currently some commands including `kill`, `pause`, `restart`, `rm`,
`rmi`, `stop`, `unpause`, `udpate`, `wait` will print a lot of error
message on client side, with a lot of redundant messages, this commit is
trying to remove the unuseful and redundant information for user.

For operations on multi containers, we printed error for each
failed container, then printed an extra message for container
names, it seems redundant.

sockRequest now makes the status code available in the returned
values. This helps avoid string checking for non-HttpStatusOK(=200)
yet successful error messages.

Some integration-cli tests assume daemon and cli are running
on the same machine and therefore they examine side effects
of executed docker commands on docker host by reading files
or running other sort of commands.
In case of windows/darwin CLI tests these provide little
or no value and should be OK to skip.
List of skipped tests:

- `TestCpVolumePath`
- `TestCreateVolumesCreated`

This fixes a few misuses of `deleteAllContainers()` cleanup
method in integration-cli suite by moving call to the
beginning of the method and guaranteeing their execution
(including panics) with `defer`s.
Also added some forgotten cleanup calls while I'm at it.

Common patterns:
- Multiple images were built with same name but only one cleanup.
- Containers were deleted after images.
- Images not removed after retagging.

`rm -f` was originally deprecated in favor of `rm --stop/--kill` since `rm
-f` was sending SIGTERM and potentially very slow.
Instead this will bring back `rm -f` but use SIGKILL isntead
