e8dc902781 Wire up tests to support otel tracing 
Integration tests will now configure clients to propagate traces as well
as create spans for all tests.

Some extra changes were needed (or desired for trace propagation) in the
test helpers to pass through tracing spans via context.

f4c0ec8ffc integration-cli: Make service process live forever 
- TestServiceLogsCompleteness runs service with command to write 6 log
lines but as command exits immediately, service is restarted and 6 more
lines are printed in logs, which confuses the checker.Equals(6) check.

- TestServiceLogsSince runs service with command to write 3 log lines,
and service restart can also affect it's checks.

Let's change from `tail` which exits immediately to `tail -f` which
hangs forever, this way we would not confuse checks with more log lines
when expected.

0c3be53107 integration-cli: Fix race in TestServiceLogsFollow test case 
Imagine that in test TestServiceLogsFollow the service
TestServiceLogsFollow would print "log test" message to pipe exactly 3
times before cmd.Process.Kill() would kill the service in the end of
test. This means that goroutine would hang "forever" in
reader.Readline() because it can't read anything from pipe but pipe
write end is still left open by the goroutine.

This is standard behaviour of pipes, one should close the write end
before reading from the read end, else reading would block forever.

This problem does not fire frequently because the service normally
prints "log test" message at least 4 times, but we saw this hang on our
test runs in Virtuozzo.

We can't close the write pipe end before reading in a goroutine because
the goroutine is basicly a thread and closing a file descrptor would
close it for all other threads and "log test" would not be printed at
all.

So I see another way to handle this race, we can just defer pipe close
to the end of the main thread of the test case after killing the
service. This way goroutine's reading would be interrupted and it would
finish eventually.

fcd65ebf49 Fix more signal handling issues in tests. 
Found these by doing a `grep -R 'using the force'` on a full test run.
There's still a few more which are running against the main test daemon,
so it is difficult to find which test they belong to.

e5b3ebbc64 Explicitly add --detach to service CLI calls 
The behavior of service (create/update/scale) was changed in a recent PR
to docker/cli. This commit serves to remedy test failures experienced
when attempting to use service calls.

Should not affect current behavior.

a5e83836a4 Revert ONCLR and OPOST changes 
This reverts to a version of runc without the ONCLR cleared to not cause
a regression with different clients using --tty.

This also reverts the OPOST changes to the term package to support the
initial change.

68f21418ac Change log details encoding format and support details on service logs 
URL query encode log details, so that characters like spaces don't make
log parsing ambiguous. Add a helper function to parse these details to a
map, if needed
