Sebastiaan van Stijn	cff4f20c44	migrate to github.com/containerd/log v0.1.0 The github.com/containerd/containerd/log package was moved to a separate module, which will also be used by upcoming (patch) releases of containerd. Cory Snider	6a2f385aea	Share logic to create-or-replace a container The existing logic to handle container ID conflicts when attempting to create a plugin container is not nearly as robust as the implementation in daemon for user containers.
