To prevent a circular import between api/types and api/types image,
the RequestPrivilegeFunc reference was not moved, but defined as
part of the PullOptions / PushOptions.

This removes various skips that accounted for running the integration tests
against older versions of the daemon before 20.10 (API version v1.41). Those
versions are EOL, and we don't run tests against them.
This reverts most of e440831802, and similar
PRs.

Integration tests will now configure clients to propagate traces as well
as create spans for all tests.
Some extra changes were needed (or desired for trace propagation) in the
test helpers to pass through tracing spans via context.

Parent is a graph-driver only field which is stored in the ImageStore.
It's not available when using containerd snapshotters.

The io/ioutil package has been deprecated in Go 1.16. This commit
replaces the existing io/ioutil functions with their new definitions in
io and os packages.

A lack of check in the test code can lead to a panic due to
`len(ids)` being `0`.
Avoid the panic by adding appropriate checks. Note `Assert()` should be
used rather than `Check()` as if it fails we should not proceed with the
test.

Since Go 1.7, context is a standard package. Since Go 1.9, everything
that is provided by "x/net/context" is a couple of type aliases to
types in "context".
Many vendored packages still use x/net/context, so vendor entry remains
for now.

All `docker build` tests that require an `ExperimentalDaemon` are
migrated to `integration/build` package and start an experimental
daemon to test on it.
The end goal being to remove the `experimental` builds.

99.9% of use case for request call are using daemonHost. This makes it
default and adds a `request.DoOnHost` function to be able to specify
the host for specific, more complex use cases.
