api/pre-1.44: Default ReadOnlyNonRecursive to true
Don't change the behavior for older clients and keep the same behavior.
Otherwise client can't opt-out (because `ReadOnlyNonRecursive` is
unsupported before 1.44).

api: remove code for adjusting CPU shares (api < v1.19)
API versions before 1.19 allowed CpuShares that were greater than the maximum
or less than the minimum supported by the kernel, and relied on the kernel to
do the right thing.

Commit ed39fbeb2a introduced code to adjust the
CPU shares to be within the accepted range when using API version 1.18 or
lower.

API v1.23 and older are deprecated, so we can remove support for this
functionality.

Currently, there's no validation for CPU shares to be within an acceptable
range; a TODO was added to add validation for this option, and to use the
`linuxMinCPUShares` and `linuxMaxCPUShares` consts for this.

api/types/image: move GetImageOpts to api/types/backend
The `GetImageOpts` struct is used for options to be passed to the backend,
and are not used in client code. This struct currently is intended for internal
use only.

This patch moves the `GetImageOpts` struct to the backend package to prevent
it being imported in the client, and to make it more clear that this is part
of internal APIs, and not public-facing.

api/types: move ContainerCreateConfig, ContainerRmConfig to api/types/backend
The `ContainerCreateConfig` and `ContainerRmConfig` structs are used for
options to be passed to the backend, and are not used in client code.

Thess struct currently is intended for internal use only (for example, the
`AdjustCPUShares` is an internal implementation details to adjust the container's
config when older API versions are used).

Somewhat ironically, the signature of the Backend has a nicer UX than that
of the client's `ContainerCreate` signature (which expects all options to
be passed as separate arguments), so we may want to update that signature
to be closer to what the backend is using, but that can be left as a future
exercise.

This patch moves the `ContainerCreateConfig` and `ContainerRmConfig` structs
to the backend package to prevent it being imported in the client, and to make
it more clear that this is part of internal APIs, and not public-facing.

90c54320c8 daemon/logger: fix data race in LogFile
The log message's timestamp was being read after it was returned to the
pool. By coincidence the timestamp field happened to not be zeroed on
reset so much of the time things would work as expected. But if the
message value was to be taken back out of the pool before WriteLogEntry
returned, the timestamp recorded in the gzip header of compressed
rotated log files would be incorrect.

Make future use-after-put bugs fail fast by zeroing all fields of the
Message value, including the timestamp, when it is put into the pool.

ce1ceeb257 Add stats options to not prime the stats
Metrics collectors generally don't need the daemon to prime the stats
with something to compare since they already have something to compare
with.
Before this change, the API does 2 collection cycles (which takes
roughly 2s) in order to provide comparison for CPU usage over 1s. This
was primarily added so that `docker stats --no-stream` had something to
compare against.

Really the CLI should have just made a 2nd call and done the comparison
itself rather than forcing it on all API consumers.
That ship has long sailed, though.

With this change, clients can set an option to just pull a single stat,
which is *at least* a full second faster:

Old:
```
time curl --unix-socket
/go/src/github.com/docker/docker/bundles/test-integration-shell/docker.sock
http://./containers/test/stats?stream=false\&one-shot=false > /dev/null
2>&1
real0m1.864s
user0m0.005s
sys0m0.007s
time curl --unix-socket
/go/src/github.com/docker/docker/bundles/test-integration-shell/docker.sock
http://./containers/test/stats?stream=false\&one-shot=false > /dev/null
2>&1
real0m1.173s
user0m0.010s
sys0m0.006s
```

New:
```
time curl --unix-socket
/go/src/github.com/docker/docker/bundles/test-integration-shell/docker.sock
http://./containers/test/stats?stream=false\&one-shot=true > /dev/null
2>&1
real0m0.680s
user0m0.008s
sys0m0.004s
time curl --unix-socket
/go/src/github.com/docker/docker/bundles/test-integration-shell/docker.sock
http://./containers/test/stats?stream=false\&one-shot=true > /dev/null
2>&1
real0m0.156s
user0m0.007s
sys0m0.007s
```

This fixes issues with downstreams ability to use the stats API to
collect metrics.

0b4b0a7b5d Improve partial message support in logger
Docker daemon has a 16K buffer for log messages. If a message length
exceeds 16K, it should be split by the logger and merged at the
endpoint.

This change adds `PartialLogMetaData` struct for enhanced partial support
- LastPartial (bool) : indicates if this is the last of all partials.
- ID (string) : unique 32 bit ID. ID is same across all partials.
- Ordinal (int starts at 1) : indicates the position of msg in the series of partials.
Also, the timestamps across partials in the same.

The goal of this refactor is to make it easier to integrate buildkit

0380fbff37 LCOW: API: Add platform to /images/create and /build
Signed-off-by: John Howard <jhoward@microsoft.com>

This PR has the API changes described in https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/34617.
Specifically, it adds an HTTP header "X-Requested-Platform" which is a JSON-encoded
OCI Image-spec `Platform` structure.

In addition, it renames (almost all) uses of a string variable platform (and associated)
methods/functions to os. This makes it much clearer to disambiguate with the swarm
"platform" which is really os/arch. This is a stepping stone to getting the daemon towards
fully multi-platform/arch-aware, and makes it clear when "operating system" is being
referred to rather than "platform" which is misleadingly used - sometimes in the swarm
meaning, but more often as just the operating system.

b642b3f21f Avoid using a map for log attributes
Having a map per log entry seemed heavier than necessary. These
attributes end up being sorted and serialized, so storing them in a map
doesn't add anything (there's no random access element). In SwarmKit,
they originate as a slice, so there's an unnecessary conversion to a map
and back.

This also fixes the sort comparator, which used to inefficiently split
the string on each comparison.

5894bc1abf Add docker build --iidfile=FILE
This is synonymous with `docker run --cidfile=FILE` and writes the digest of
the newly built image to the named file. This is intended to be used by build
systems which want to avoid tagging (perhaps because they are in CI or
otherwise want to avoid fixed names which can clash) by enabling e.g. Makefile
constructs like:

    image.id: Dockerfile
    	docker build --iidfile=image.id .

    do-some-more-stuff: image.id
    	do-stuff-with <image.id

Currently the only way to achieve this is to use `docker build -q` and capture
the stdout, but at the expense of losing the build output.

In non-silent mode (without `-q`) with API >= v1.29 the caller will now see a
`JSONMessage` with the `Aux` field containing a `types.BuildResult` in the
output stream for each image/layer produced during the build, with the final
one being the end product. Having all of the intermediate images might be
interesting in some cases.

In silent mode (with `-q`) there is no change, on success the only output will
be the resulting image digest as it was previosuly.

There was no wrapper to just output an Aux section without enclosing it in a
Progress, so add one here.

Added some tests to integration cli tests.

9f738cc574 Cleanup all the mutate + defer revert of b.runConfig in the builder
Instead of mutating and reverting, just create a copy and pass the copy

Add a unit test for builder dispatcher.run

Fix two test failures

Fix image history by adding a CreatedBy to commit options. Previously the
createdBy field was being created by modifying a reference to the runConfig that
was held from when the container was created.

Fix a test that expected a trailing slash. Previously the runConfig was being
modified by container create. Now that we're creating a copy of runConfig
instead of sharing a reference the runConfig retains the trailing slash.
