libnetwork/internal/kvstore/boltdb: minor cleanup/refactor
Make the code slightly more idiomatic; remove some "var" declarations, remove some intermediate variables and redundant error-checks, and remove the filePerm const. Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <github@gone.nl>
