Lenny Maiorani ece8aeaaf4 Everywhere: Remove redundant inline keyword with constexpr
Problem:
- `constexpr` functions are additionally decorated with `inline`
  keyword. This is redundant since `constexpr` implies `inline`.

Solution:
- Remove redundancies.
