Andreas Kling 651417a085 Kernel: Split InodeVMObject into two subclasses
We now have PrivateInodeVMObject and SharedInodeVMObject, corresponding
to MAP_PRIVATE and MAP_SHARED respectively.

Note that PrivateInodeVMObject is not used yet.
